Date women from United States / Alabama / Harvest, 61 year old

Date someone special from Harvest, United States. "Real isn't how you are made," said the Skin Horse. "It's a thing that happens to you. When a child loves you for a long, long time, not just to play with, but REALLY loves you, then you become Real."
During high school I had substantial roles in the Chorus musicals and carried that love on into my adult life; acting, directing and helping build sets for community theatre productions.
My Dad was Coast Guard and that is how I was beamed down to Juneau, AK the summer of 1967. Later, Dad was transferred out December 13th of my senior year. Funny how some dates just never leak out of the old brain. So I did not officially graduate from J-D High. I don't have a yearbook for 1968, but I do believe I made it into the pages of the Totem for that year. BTW, I would love to have a copy of the Totem 1968 if anyone out there could make that happen. (wish!) I have my yearbook from 1967 and my picture is on page 123 in the juniors section and on other pages too (trivia quiz!). And we thought our parents looked weird!
I did that white robe walk in Chesapeake, VA, at Deep Creek High School. I sense a theme here...up a creek without a paddle? VA was culture shock. First time since I was twelve that I actually begged my Mother to let down the hem of my skirts. They were very proper in VA in 1968. I chose not to commit social suicide.
I conformed!
My degree pursuit ended up being Social Sciences with a huge emphasis on cultural studies, mainly Native American and Latin American cultures. I have now lived in Huntsville, AL for the last six years. I work for BAE Systems in Business Development as a Proposal CoordinatorResearch Analyst. BAE Systems is a British owned company. That would not be a creek, but we do affectionately refer to that rectangle on the flow chart as "across the pond". My oldest son married a lady from the UK. Born in Scotland, raised in Worcester. Yep, just like the sauce you love to slather on your steak, a fermented liquid condiment first made at 68 Broad Street, Worcester by Messrs Lea & Perrins at some point in the 1830s. It was made commercially in 1837, and remains the only Worcester-shire sauce still to be made in the UK.
Oh, there's my paddle!
I previously lived in Stevenson, WA for ten years until my transfer to Huntsville due to lack of funding for the project I was working. I was a programmer analyst for SalmonSmolt Passage Research thru the dams on the Columbia River (Debbie does Data!). That would be in the National Scenic Area of the Columbia River Gorge. And for those folks interested, we do have video. And data!
Not a creek, nor a pond, but a River. I miss the PNW and my River.
Just call me LittleWing. Previously known as Winging it in the Gorge and now Winging it in the Valley of Huntsville, AL. Bloom where you are planted! I have three sons, all married, two with children. So I am Grandma Debbie to five super special grandsons. My family tree has blossomed. Just wing it!
Love, Light & Laughter,
LittleWing

Meet a woman from Harvest, United States. I've had a lot of changes in my life in the last 5 years so going through a lot of these changes has really had me rethinking who I am...lol!! I have always been honest, easygoing and sincere! I want to enjoy life. I don't want the games anymore! I would like to have someone in my life that wants to be in my life!

Date a soulmate from Harvest, United States. I am a nice person. People are, for some reason, drawn to me to tell me their stories. Which makes me a good listener. I don't like to argue, but a good banter now and then is fun. I consider myself attractive, but not a beauty (except maybe in the eye of the beholder). I have a good sense of humor, maybe on the goofy side, but I like to laugh, it's good for the soul. I am healthy and trying to get healthier, by way of good nutrition and exercise as a life style. I have been steadily getting trimmer. Woundn't mind a partner to walk with or go to the gym. I am a true romantic longing for some romance. But in the mean time looking for a friend/companion to start. If the sparks and chemistry are there, WOW! The only expectations I have are manners, kindness, love of God and a great sense of humor. Bear hugs welcome, kissing a must........

Meet someone special from United States. Woke up one day and realized that I have spent my whole life working hard. Life is short. Its time to explore the fun side. I'm looking for a someone who enjoys movies, concerts, college football, good books, ... A good friend to go out with.
