Date someone special from Alabama, United States. You never realize how hard it is to write "About Me" until you try huh? To sum it up, I moved to the beach last year without knowing many people and it's led me to this. I'm in no hurry to meet someone and willing to wait for the right one. Life is meant to be enjoyed and that's exactly what I intend to do with it. I'm always down for a random weekend trip or just a chill night at home. The beach is my favorite place to be so that's where I spend most of my free time. I have an awesome family who means the world to me, and the most precious niece who is my most favorite little person in the world if you can't tell from my pictures :) Exercise is a big part of my life and I think being healthy is the best thing you can do for yourself. Most of the time at least. I don't expect someone to be at the gym 2 hours everyday or anything, but I take care of myself and appreciate someone who does the same. I'm not big on the bar scene anymore but love a good night out every once in a while...
I'm over playing games, drama, wondering what someone is feeling/thinking, etc. Been there, done that and I'm at the age where it's unnecessary now. I believe in telling it like it is and honesty. You won't get very far without either. That being said, I'm not expecting too much out of this but at the least would ike to meet new people and if more comes from it, I'm open to that too. I'm not trying to get married tomorrow so no pressure there :)

I don't like dresses or pink, I don't wear make-up, and I love "guy things" like comic books and video games.
Ideally, my partner would be nerdy/geeky as well but also likes to be active. A fondness or at least tolerance for cats is a must.
In the interest of full disclosure, the only reason I'm doing this is to get my mother off my back for not trying to date and my friends to quit matchmaking.
