Lately I've acquired the habit of picking goals and just bull rushing them down until I accomplish them. This new groove has lead me to go from the couch to getting a great job, running a mile without stopping (even after having heart surgery when I was younger,) learning to cook some pretty awesome dishes (salmon is great with everything,) and even knock my weight down four belt notches (yes I am measuring progress in belt notches.) This approach has shown me just how amazing life can be if you just shut up that voice in the back of your head and just go for it
