I enjoy museums, reading, music, TV and movies (in moderation). I like to travel. A purposeful road trip, a visit to a destination of cultural importance anywhere in the world or just wandering pique my interest.
There are five children and three grandchildren in my life, none of whom live with me. We do get together frequently and I love them dearly. They all live locally (except for two of the grandkids) so all are accessible.
My life is pretty quiet. I take classes at the local community centers and community colleges to keep my intellectual and artistic juices flowing. Not long ago I moved into a small apartment that is just perfect for my lifestyle and time of life. Cleaning the gutters and mowing the lawn are no longer a concern. I am free to pursue anything I want to do or accomplish. I feel like I am on vacation all the time.
