Date someone special from United States. I am a very assertive person. Ilike to have a plan always. Even if I wake up on a day with nothing to do, I immediately start coming up with a plan to do something. I live on my 50 acre farm in a 3 bedroom house, so I've always got pleanty to do. I like talking about things that matter, not what so and so said about so and so. I can't stand people that gossip. Kinda live by the old saying 'If you ain't got nothing good to say'...well, you know the rest. I am a very non-confrontational person until you get my back to the wall and then I go into 'ninja mode' (ha).
I am looking for that person who will take the world on with me. Someone who will stay in the foxhole with me against the battle of life. I am looking for someone who is trustworthy, loyal, has a sense of humor, hard working, and really knows what love is supposed to be like. I like a woman to take pride in her appearance, but is just as beautiful in pj's. Manners is a must, but also has a crazy side when it's just us. I'm looking for someone to have fun with and be myself around and give my all to. I'm looking for that certain someone to settle down with, but not settle for. I have alot of friends from different parts of the country and I like to visit a good bit, as well as them, so travel is a must. I have my own life that I have made for myself. I just want to share it with 'that special someone' and expect nothing less in return. My mom and dad just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary, so I'm looking for that kind of old-school romance. I have been in love before and I've also had my heart broken, but if you stay scared and don't try, then you don't truly experience life, so don't be shy. Also, if you don't like country living, then I ain't the one for you. And I mean country; not redneck. There's a big difference there and if you don't know the difference, then I'm not your guy.
Well, if you're interested, drop me a line and we'll see what happens.
Also, just because I went to Auburn does not mean that I'm an Auburn football fan. I really don't care for football at all, although I do like going to college basketball games from time to time. I'm usually the one that does all the cooking at a football party. When someone makes 'literal' sense out of football to me, then I might start watching it. Otherwise, give me a beer, a grill, and stay out of my way(ha). My grandfather on my mom's side played football for Alabama, so I was half-way raised up an Alabama fan and would've probably went there if they had an animal science/agricultre business program. In other words, I was dis-owned by mom's side of the family when I decided to go to Auburn (jk-they weren't happy though). I also have an Associates Degree in electronic engineering. I almost passed up on it to go to cooking school in NY. Kinda' still wish I would have done that. I love cooking. And I mean chef-style cooking. Not whupping up a box of mac n' cheese. I'm also currently taking welding at Wallace in Hanceville.
I'm also an avid shooter. I have my own personal shooting range about a half-mile behind my house. I'm always on the hunt for a new gun. It's kinda' like some girls and their shoes I guess. I like shooting of all kinds, but shooting sporting clays is probably my favorite.
I have been a full time singer/songwriter/musician for the past 12 years, and a successful one at that. A lot of girls just like the idea of having a relationship with a musician, but not very many actually want the real thing. They just want to play with the idea. I am very serious about my music, as I am with my relationships. I can't stand the guys that try and be musicians just to get drunk and laid. I've never been that guy, so no worries there. But music is not the only talent/skill that I have. There's a lot more and if you're interested, don't be shy or think I'm gonna chase you around cyber space here. I have pleanty to keep me busy, but I would like to share my life with a special someone. Maybe you are he
