I'm on this site not because I have a problem meeting men, I just have a problem with the men I meet. Living in Auburn, AL is the worst place for someone like me who works 6 days a week 8 hours a day. It's a college/family town and I'm not too fond about getting to know the college boys. I work too much and when I do do something (usually around here) I meet guys who are younger or way too old for me. Or they just don't grab my attention what so ever. I'm a city girl and want someone cultured and understands why I miss being in the city.
Originally from Boston, MA! But reside in Auburn, AL for my business. I'm a cosmetologist, love my job and clientele, love the business but can't stand it here. Miss the city more than anything! The food, the different people, all the fun places that are only a train ride away. Very thankful to have grown up in such a beautiful and diverse city. It made me be open-minded and always willing to try new things and have a great appreciation for meeting people from all over the world.
I love love love my family, we're crazy but I wouldn't trade them for anything in the world. We're very close especially me and my siblings. I'm the oldest of 3 and we love each other to pieces. We're all silly in our own way. We say what's on our mind and don't sugar coat anything. My siblings and I all have very strong personalities like everyone else in the family. If I had to say the two biggest lessons we've learned growing up was 1. always say thank you and 2. treat others the way you like to be treated because what goes around comes around.
Being the oldest I can be very stern and a chronic worrier. I'm wholehearted and will bend over backwards to help those who need my help. I love to see people doing good and being happy. I'm a very independent individual and sometimes my weakness is not wanting to ask for any help. I'm very mature for my age due to all the hardship I've already faced. Through it all I managed to keep my head up and walked away with some valuable lessons in life. I'm getting closer to finding what I'll call PEACE on earth, well for me. So everyday I try to find the good in any situation and the in people around me.

I read books, yes real books, and no I haven't read the Hunger Games; but to my shame I can summarize the Twilight series for you, though I'd rather go all nerd on you about Neil Gaiman or Stephen King. Working out is a non-negotiable in my life, I look at it as a second job and I love eating clean and healthy. This is not to say I don't love taking a break to indulge in good food, it has to be worth it though. Lamb Burger at Amsterdam's, I'm talking to you! I've grown up all over the States, and spent most of my life in Ecuador before moving back to the US only to attend college in California, move to Florida and finally end up back in Auburn.
