Ok. How do you talk about yourself and say enough without saying too much?
I am a Christian. I'm a daddy. I am divorced, however I am over it and have grown from it a lot.. (that's hard to say after the whole, I'm a Christian thing right?) I am a firm believer in the Biblical definition of marriage. Sadly though, other people's free will and choices have an effect on our lives. We can't change other people, only ourselves, and through everything we can hopefully grow into even better people. How do you like me so far???? I don't always start out so heavy but wanted to get that out there. I still believe that marriage is to be forever, and I still desire to share the rest of my life with the right person.
I desire to be honorable in all things. This includes any potential relationship I might become involved in. So, if I seem like I am a bit old fashioned, well....I sort of am. Holding doors open, pulling chairs out etc. It's just how I was raised.
Now on to more of who I am. I have two beautiful daughters who mean the world to me. I'm outgoing, honest and love to laugh, and need more laughing in my life! I travel a lot for work but am always home on Mondays, Fridays and weekends. I value my time away from work and like to make the most of it, even if that it just unwinding and relaxing, or going out to a concert or dinner. I love live music, being outdoors, grilling out, working on my yard and most if all, having fun. I love God and my faith comes first. I love my two daughters and spending time with them, listening to them laugh and play, taking them fishing, to the Science center, to the zoo, or just playing UNO with them. Being a father to them is my first priority. I share custody so my time with them is very important.
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR - Friends, best friend, partner. I really want to find a friend do things with, like sporting events, concerts,, hikes, movies, talking, laughing, hanging out or a quiet night at home.
Someone that loves God and loves themselves. Someone I can admire and respect as a person and as a potential partner. Someone who is confident in who they are and can accept me for who I am. Head games are not an option for me. Someone who wants to learn to love together and realizes that flaws are part of life. We need to accept each other for the people that we are without trying to change them into the person we want. I am affectionate and love to hold hands and cuddle. I do like to share my heart and feelings when I feel safe to do so.
LIKES - Honesty, integrity, independence, openness. I like hugs,holding hands, cuddling on the couch, talking, sharing and spending time together, mutual respect, giving and receiving compliments.
DISLIKES - Games, lying, cheating, co-dependency. Oh and clowns. I really don't like clowns. Seriously....rainbow wig, big shoes, clowns. Can't stand them.
