I work out regularly sometimes twice a day. I began in 2007 reading Younger Next Year and am living proof their program does work! I lost 22 lbs initially and feel young as long as I keep moving. Ive found out that its all about circulation. That was five years ago. My focus has shifted and I now am involved more in core workouts and yoga as well.
I like all kinds of music except RAP. My favorites fall mainly within bluesy classic rock like ZZ Top or Southern rock bands like Drive By Truckers, The Black Keys or Lynyrd Skynyrd. Parrotheads unite! Love some Jimmy Buffet. Im also into blues classics like BB King or Stevie Ray Vaughan but also like Johnny Lang and Joe Bonnamassa. Love live music, but stray away from smoky bars.
I often find sarcastic humor in daily life. I love to laugh and know that laughter is strong medicine! I am a positive person that has gone through a lot of changes in the last ten years and I've learned that life is too short for petty disagreements, negative or angry people. I'm someone who takes care of myself and takes the initiative and the responsibility for whatever I do. Everyone has made mistakes, Ive made my share too. You have to learn to move on, live and learn.
