I come from traditional southern roots, so I am extremely close with my entire family. My family has taught me how to have a good heart and how to recognize the inherent kindness in others. The key to my happiness is bringing joy to those who haven't been as fortunate as I have. A few years ago, I ran across a quote that sums this up best: "The best exercise for the human heart is to reach down and lift another up."

An ambitious and confident girl that lives a healthy lifestyle would definitely catch my eye especially if she has set attainable goals for herself.
