Ladies let me just say this man is a catch. He was happily married to my mom for almost 50 years and lost her to illness in 2010. My two sisters and I set him up with with a Laptop, Skype and Facebook last Christmas and now he has asked us to help him with Match.com (where I met my wonderful husband). Until last year he had very little experience on a keyboard let alone on the World Wide Web, but he is motivated and brave enough to give it all a try. His spelling may not be perfect and his emails might be brief, but at 10 letters per minute you probably wouldn't write too much either *smile*. Trust me, he is a very smart man and has run an extremely successful welding shop in the Antelope Valley for almost 40 years. And as for his age - 69 - don't let that scare you. If you can keep up with him I'd be impressed. He plays an aggressive game of racquetball a minimum of 3 days a week and has been bowling on a league for most of his life. Between sports at home you can find him snow skiing in Mammoth, boating on Lake Havasu or SCUBA diving in exotic places around the world a few times a year. He has a heart of gold and wants to share his huge passion for life with a lady who appreciates this world as much as he. Of course I may be biased, but I can honestly say I have never met a person who does not think my dad is anything short of a great man.

I consider myself a successful man. I have three daughters over the age of 21 and they all still love me. I am most proud of my family and Golden Retreiver, Sparky!
Most people would say I am very easy going (maybe sometimes to a fault). I enjoy life to the fullest and am happiest when surrounded by friends and family. I have a competive spirit (racquet ball, bowliing, yard games) but I am a gracious loser too.
I have traveled to exotic places around the world and hope to continue to do so with a female companion by my side.
