I’m in great shape (maybe not great but pretty darn good for my "experience"). Most of the people I am close to tend to be younger. I raised my oldest son as a single parent for eight years from the time he was ten, so most of his friends are my friends too, raising their own families now. This has brought a large extended family into my life, but I find myself a little out of touch with the thinty something crowd. Growing up in Texas I have always been a country boy at heart.
