I also love to travel, Hawaii is a favorite destination of mine. I have friends on the big island and visit them often. My new favorite destination is Costa Rica. Have traveled to China, Hong Kong, along with most of Europe. I would like to start traveling to say Ireland, or Italy on my next big trip. Mexico or Costa Rica is always a fun getaway.
Enough about me, what I'm looking for in a woman is someone that likes the outdoors, I.E. camping, fishing, boating, oh I forgot Lake Powell, my family has a very large houseboat, and we all go in June, for a week of fun in the sun. Someone that maybe works for herself, so that at a drop of a hat can jump on a plane for a 3 or 4 day/long weekend somewhere if we feel the need to get out of Denver. Especially when it's -20 in January. I also have a brother in Texas, so I often visit him during winter months, 75 to 80 degrees sure beat Denver's snow. But, even if your job isn't quite as flexible as mine that's okay we'll work around it.
My next big thing is I have allergies to pets, so if you have them it won't work for me. Not that I don't like them, I do, but when I hit 40 they really started to affect me so I had to give my pets away. Plus when you travel like I do at the drop of a hat, they can really be a problem finding someone to watch them. My next big thing is no smokers please, again very bad for my allergies.
The next request is the same political views as I have. This is very important to me, as I am a Vietnam Era veteran, and I don't want to be with someone that will cancel my votes out. I am very patriotic, and an active conservative Republican. The last thing I would like from a woman, is one that cares about her health and metal well-being, and is comfortable with whom she is, the rest will work itself out.
