Shortly after moving here, I decided to follow my dream of owning my own business and purchased a liquor store. I doubled the store sales while I owned it but worked 90 hours a week. While working the long hours, it wasn’t possible to enjoy life or any or the great things that Denver has to offer so I recently decided to re-prioritize and sold the store. Now I’m just working my 9 – 5 insurance job which is at least interesting at times and stable. The liquor store was a cool experience and I met a lot of great people but I never thought that I would appreciate holidays off and paid vacation as much as I do now!
I like to think I'm an all around good guy. I've been told I have a great sense of humor and am fun to be around. Loyalty is among my strong suits. I enjoy cooking (especially grilling). I’m getting back into working out and very recently started crossfit. Crossfit really is as intense as everyone said it would be. I’m originally from Pennsylvania and graduated with a business major from Penn State (been a tough year for the Penn State grads, as you are probably aware). I’m going through the process of having my house built so that has been exciting. I’m also a new uncle. Everyone says it but just so I’m not left out, family and friends are important to me.
