I have lived in Lawrence for nearly 20 years although I had a little break in there where I lived in Colorado and New York. I graduated college in Lawrence and this is where I am raising my daughter, who is nearly finished with high school!
In my house you will find a piano, a pinball machine and a box of comics (maybe more than one box.) I wear full brim hats and brew coffee with a French Press.
Unconventional Enthusiast: what does that mean? Well, when I like something, I really like it and often go to extremes to enjoy it. For instance, I love chocolate. But not just any chocolate, I say no to Hershey's. I enjoy dagoba chocolate or TCHO chocolate or another fine brand of that nature. I like soccer and not just casually, I have been going to professional games for 11 years and have seen Sporting KC (aka the Wizards) team more times at home than I can count plus I have seen them play from Washinton D.C. to San Jose, CA and many stadiums in between. In addition, I like to play soccer whenever I get the chance, (Lawrence has a quality league and I have made many friends on the pitch.) That is what I mean by Unconventional Enthusiast.
