I think that if you asked my friends about me they would definately describe me as Smart, Compassionate, Competative ( but not to much,enough to make us better) Most of all I'm sure that they would say that I have a big Heart. A beautiful face makes me smile, a big fish on the line makes me smile. Kids and puppies make me smile. Music is a big part of my life. I’m a glass is half full kind of guy and prefer to be around people that have an optimistic outlook. Although I am analytical and laid back by nature, I can also be driven and determined when I set my mind to something. I enjoy a wide range of environments from rodeo to live theater, from mom and pop burger joints and backyard BBQ’s to fine dining with a good glass of wine. Given my druthers, I prefer smaller more intimate gatherings over large and noisy crowds. I tried sushi awhile back and, although my buddies haven’t acted the same around me since they found out, I’ve become quite a fan.
Music soothes my soul and my ipod has a wide variety on it. I find joy in simple things. A full moon rising over the horizon, the early morning light, the soft crackle of a campfire, the sound of my children laughing….these things remind me of His grace and bring joy into my life. I’ve spent countless days backpacking, climbing, and bowhunting throughout the Rockies. If you’ve climbed a 14er in Colorado, I’ll bet you an adult beverage that I’ve climbed it too. These days, however, I’m content spending my free time with my kids, riding our bikes to the park, swimming at the rec center, catching pill bugs and other assorted critters, and stomping through every puddle of water we can find. Life is good.
I’m well established in my career and financially responsible. Values are very important to me. I believe that who we really are is best defined by how we conduct ourselves when no one is watching.
