About me. I spend a lot of time outdoors. If your not a fanatical person about the outdoors that's OK. Although it would be nice to hang out with someone that can ruff it now and then or enjoys just reading or relaxing by a lake or river. I do like a glass of wine from time to time and staying at home. I am not into clubbing or bars, but like outdoor live music. I am fairly quit most of the time but enjoy good conversation.
I know this profile lacks all the great things people say about themselves in there profile like how much they love their cat, they don't play games, their rich, independent, a strong minded person, say whatever is on there mind, and so on. I am into flying (I am an airplane and helicopter pilot), skiing, motorcycles, boarding, animals, photography, Kung Fu, ballroom dancing, horseback riding, and I am always willing to try new things. I would like to make more friends with similar interests, especially aviation and dancing.

I love animals and I hate to see them suffer. I am vegan first and foremost for the animals. The health and environmental benefits are just an added bonus.
I think most people consider me very liberal. However, there are several things about me that are not typical liberal positions. For one, I don't vote for Democrats or Republicans for that matter. I am a third party voter for as long as I have been able to vote. I do not get along well with people who are too left or too right. Some things about me:
I am not homophobic in anyway. I love my gay friends. I just wish they would give me better fashion advice.
I believe in non-violence, but I am not a pacifist. I will defend myself or any innocent in need if no other option is available.
I am a dreamer and I love to lose myself in a good fantasy book. Tolkien is my favorite.
I am optimistic to a fault. I believe in the good of people often to my disappointment. I think as I get older, I am getting somewhat jaded.
I am always there for my friends, which means my friends are always there for me. I know that I can call them at 3AM to ask for anything, and they know they can do the same. For this reason, I am selective in who I consider a friend.

I have hung out with mountain gorillas in the Congo, raced dogs in Alaska, lived on a cruise ship for 6 months, run with bulls in Spain, driven the most dangerous road in the USA and been charged by a bear. I have eaten camel in Kenya and gotten smashed at Oktoberfest in Munich. While I have no regrets of the life I have lived it wasn't very conducive to having serious relationships. Now that I am starting a new chapter in my life I would like it to include someone special. Someone that will still go on some crazy adventures with me but that also wants to build something more stable. I want someone who will believe in me and help me to fulfill my dreams as I would for them. Someone with a sense of adventure and who isn't afraid to try new things. I'm really not good at this part(writing about my self) the best way to really get to know me is to talk to me or you ask what you would like to know. not going to feed you all the boring stuff like I'm easy going and stuff like that, its in everyone profile on here. what i can tell you is i would move a mountain for a good relationship and go to any extent for it, i believe i have a lot to offer and to give the right person who would like to get to the core of me and what I'm about and stand for. for the big one is i come with very little drama or problems, i can fix anything you can think of. i can cook without burning anything down, i have a good job and work hard every day. if the person your looking for is the type that will give 100% and your the right person thats what you will get. i will never act like I'm perfect or even think that i am. i don't drink, I'm just not good at it(i know boring) well think not, i go out and have fun with the best of them.
