Well, I consider myself to be a laid-back person with enough assertiveness to accomplish whatever needs to be done.
I am a multi-facets person that enjoys many engaging things. For instance, cycling, hiking, fishing, sight-seeing, golfing, bowling, theatre, plays, jazz clubs, comedy clubs, movies (Favorites - Sci-Fi, thriller, real people, suspense drama) dining, chilling and a nice stroll in the park feeding the ducks and geese - nice relaxing past time and adventure.
I also enjoy being a spectator of watching and listening to the sounds of laughter and observing people having fun and enjoying life… Needless to say, I like to participate in life's adventures too.
I like being a spectator of watching the following professional/amateur sporting events - football, basketball, golf, track field, tennis and boxing.
On lazy days, I enjoy watching comedy show (any) and special investigative shows - (60 minutes, prime time, discovery channel (all),business/world news).. Oh yeah, and chatting with family and friends on the telephone... Whew!
I am a career working professional in the field of Information technology in which I’m a Database Administrator. It’s intellectually challenging and stressful too, which is why I exercise 3 - 4 times a week. It's a good stress reducer and mental enhancer. Needless to say, good for overall health and wellness..
My working regiment, typically consist of variety of things, but mostly cardio, light weight-lifting, swimmimg, light shoot-around basketball and occasionlly a 15 -20 mile bike ride on the local trails..
I used to run/jog alot 5k 10k's, but I had to surrender to the aches and pains in the knees. Can't do hard surfaces anymore. I'm in it for the long haul, so I had diversify my workout..

I guess that I have done a little of everything, been involved in many aspects of business and life. I have an 18year old son who is with his Mom.
