Date men and women from United States / Colorado / Ault, 42 year old
Date someone special from Ault, United States. I am kind of re-starting this whole search thing… Some of my friends suggested casting a “wide net” to attract more interest from women. I am not looking for a harem or an entourage; I am looking for one woman. I figure if you are someone who reads this and is interested, then you possibly could be the one, which is what we are all looking for.
I, like a lot of people, have quite a variety of interests. I enjoy writing both fiction and non-fiction. I am even a reporter (freelance) for a weekly paper! I enjoy writing blogs as well as many other forms. I am even working on a book or two. Writing seems to be my stress reliever.
Most of my friends will tell you I have a great sense of humor. Considering things I have been through, if you can’t laugh at yourself and the situations, then you have a pretty hard time getting through life. I wish I could give you an example, but, well, if you are laughing then I am probably laughing too.
I have recently recommitted myself to my Lord Jesus. I am not perfect, I do make mistakes. I am trying, and that is important. I am looking for someone who has a personal relationship with Jesus and is trying to grow spiritually everyday too.
In music, my taste is all over the board. I, of course, enjoy worship music, the old hymns, Sandi Patty, and Phillips, Craig, & Dean. Other music I like is Sinatra, big Band, Country to 80s rock! I would have to say Rap, Hip-Hop, and most Heavy Metal is out.
My other interests are: Politics (Conservative), acting, antiques, reading, watching sports (no, I am not addicted! However Go! Eagles Hockey!), Theatre, Movies, and visiting the mountains. I say visiting, mainly because I am not a skier, hiker, or into other mountain sports. I have summited Pike’s Peak. Okay, yes I drove but it was a very nice drive!
I live near a small town of 1400 people, and have a business in that town. If you have never experienced that type of culture, it sometimes is hard to acclimate to. Rumor mills are serious entertainment and can lead to quite interesting times. Just a kind warning.
Well, that’s me. I am sure I forgot something. Oh yea, who am I looking for? Someone who is honest, caring, funny, true, and real. Someone who can dress up to go out on the town in “girly-girl” fashion, or just hang around in jeans and a t-shirt. Most guys would never say this, but I will! I am looking for someone who is beautiful, and not just skin deep beautiful. Someone who is confident in themselves. We(/SPAn) all have a history, good, bad, or otherwise. How we view our own history determines how we grow and mature. So, if I've sparked your interest, I would enjoy hearing about you.
