Date men and women from United States / Colorado, 31 year old - page 4

Date a man from Colorado, United States. I skeptically moved to Denver last winter and couldn't be happier to be wrong about a place. Yes, I was scared of living in "American Siberia", as I referred to it. Again, I was wrong :)
Anyway, I've had success online in the past and am ready to try again. Let the adventure begin!
- About me:
As a friend of mine put it, I’m no longer just dating for the fun of it, but rather, I’m dating with a purpose. I have had some very good relationships and a couple close calls but I’ve learned a lot about what I want and have a pretty good idea when I see it. If I email you, it’s not just because you look pretty, but because you write in a way and convey a personality that I think would really click. Or at least it’s worth a shot.
I’ve never been one for the beaten path. And am working on carving out my life the way that I want and enjoying the process as I do it. I love learning and exploring and have a burning curiosity for life...and I hope you do too.
I grew up in Maryland and lived there through college where I had great examples of supportive relationships from my parents and both sets of grandparents. While I am actively looking for someone special to build a life with, I am not in a rush and refuse to settle for less than what I have seen is possible.
Like most people here, I love to travel and have lived in S. Korea, Arizona, Maryland and Denver. My favorite place is southern California and visit at least a few times a year.
I am big on Honesty, Integrity, and Effort. I try to live my life by those three. If you have the courage to ask me a question, the least I can do is respond honestly, but if you don't want to know what I think, it's best not to ask;)
-About you:
My grandma was always interested in my love life and one day when I was talking to her about a girl I liked in high school she warned me, "you need a smart girl, otherwise you'll just get bored." She was right. I like girls who either made the deans list or have accumulated lots of street smarts.
If you have a level head that you sometime ignore in lieu of an adventure, if you’re introspective and self aware, take care of your mind, are health conscious and spiritual, and if you like to stay active but fully appreciate the beauty of a night in, then I’d love to hear from you.
-Okay, back to me
- I have been a competitive athlete (golf, tennis, basketball, volleyball, you name it) my whole life until a recent injury, but I'm almost back to 100% and look forward to getting back into competition. I’m currently back to dancing, tennis, volleyball and can do some beastly (well, MY VERSION of beastly;) ) things in the gym.
-What brings me to match:
In school, I was never without the opportunity for a relationship. I was the kid that sat next to you and made little comments that made you laugh enough to get in trouble. And even though you got in trouble a lot, our class was probably your favorite.
Unfortunately, the career path that I have chosen affords me little interaction with people under the age of 40, and most of them are male. So dating has been a bit more challenging than it was in school, because "one in a million" girls don't grow on trees.
If you decide to email me, or answer an email I send, expect a couple emails with real life details (we can talk favorite colors if we meet in person, but I hardly think that's the foundation of a committed relationship) and then, after seeing if we can stimulate each others curiosity from afar, hopefully a meeting soon thereafter to see if the chemistry transcends the digital format.
PS - I've enjoyed getting into dance and would love a ballroom, salsa or tango partner - all of which I've started learning in the last few months so if you'd like to learn with someone. I'm not too many classes ahead of you.

Meet a soulmate from Colorado, United States. Not real good at this so, long story short....I just wanna have a good time and meet someone that is happy and fun to get along with. I wanna live it up to its fullest potential and be with someone who wants the same for me and them.
Feel free to E-mail me and talk, or just Wink if yor Shy!LOL

Date someone special from Colorado, United States. Hi I'm Tom,
Im 31 years old and stand 5'8ft tall, im in good shape with green colored eyes and I got good lips for kissing. I got soft spikey short brown hair and I also got dimples when I smile. I have a large muscled chest. I got strong defined arms, I like going to the gym to stay fit. Then again, I think im balding like my dad. I have the ability to eat an enormous amount of food in a short amount of time, I like to play video games all day if I can get away with it and I have bad eyesight too...
I could go on with a long list of other facts about myself, but I really don't want to bore you like some guys do and just hope that you will see something you like. If you are wanting to see what kind of interests I have you can check them out under the interests category below. It takes time to really get to know someone for who they are, but if I had to descbibe a couple positive things about myself to you I would say I do always look out for others and always am willing to help. I am a very honest person. I also am a optimistic person overall and even though I sometimes can sound pessimistic if I have a bad day or things are getting to me, my actions always speak louder than words. For my job im a mobile problem solver of mechanical puzzles. I love my job. I have fun when im not at work though. I hang with friends and go out sometimes and other times I enjoy a quiet evening to myself to just be lazy and watch movies or do whatever. I have a healthy loving relationship with my family friends and do have a couple true friends that I am so grateful for because as you know true friends are far and few. Im just a pretty laid back and easy going guy with some strange thoughts and weird sense of humor about life.
I want a girl to hang out with that will make a cool friend, someone that is outgoing and open minded for sure! What I mean is a girl that feels comfortable just being herself around me with no pressure and no expectations. You for you, and me for me, For example; It would be cool if we could just go to places and be lazy, or just talk and laugh without really having to try, know what I mean? I wanna see if we can make a connection and have a great time doing it. Isn't that what's suppose to happen when you meet someone you might experience a connection with? If I meet a girl above and beyond the average to my expectations here in colorado then I would be very interested to see where things could go.
I do have some annoyances though just like anyone. I can't stand people who are talkers instead of doers, especially those who spend time giving advice to others about things they haven't done or never will do. I just don't like being around those types of people. Also, "flaking" is a big pet peeve of mine. People that promise to be somewhere at a certain time and then not show up are extremely rude to me, and phone calls that are not returned in a timely manner. I'll do the courtesy of responding to your communication, and naturally I will expect the same in return. I like a good challenge but there is no reason to be rude or mean to each other. It will be a waste of time to contact me if you are known to be a "flake."
If you have read this far then their must be some interest. Please send me an email. Go ahead, don't worry about what to say, just say something interesting about yourself, say something funny, Im sure I will get you laughing before you get me laughing anyways. Don't be shy. I don't bite...well maybe by the third.

Meet single man from Colorado, United States. I find it interesting that the whole world is so captivated by a very limited set of ideas and possibilities about what it is and what it can become, but hopefully, I'll live to see that fact change. I personally believe, along with my favorite comedian, that "all matter is energy condensed to a slow vibration. We are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively...Death is just an illusion. Life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves." -thank you Bill Hicks.
So, if your still with me, i'm a yoga/fitness teacher who is trying to get my own concept to take off, who is invested in the mind as much as in the body. You will often find me on my porch reading and studying philosophy, history, religion, neuroscience, or pretty much whatever I can get my hands on.
I'd like to meet someone who can inspire me, be my partner in crime, and talk about more than just what's going on in other peoples lives and events that are happening. I enjoy these things but I also love ideas, and the evolution and application of ideas. I'd love it if she could teach me new things about art, philanthropy, food, language, or about anything else for which she is passionate. The important thing is that we will engage life fully, together, constantly learning and growing... rather than watching it pass by or spending it worried about what others think. Let's learn a new language together, travel, have adventures, and start businesses which build community and that reflect a new and evolving world.
My goal is to live an impassioned life filled with friends, family, and meaningful projects that effect the world. However, I can't do it alone. Left up to me, I will read way too much in my "cave". I am a talker when I'm one on one. but I tend to listen and be quiet in groups. Plus, I spent most of my youth as an overweight kid, so I tend to view the world more through a more humble lens, rather than as an over confident, athletic personal trainer type.
While I am introverted, when I teach, you may see a whole different side of me. Also, I picked up a love for the Broncos about five years ago, so I yell at the tv a lot when they are on and do not miss a game....Go Peyton Manning! ;) I love beer and wine, and you can often find me enjoying a drink with a book on my front or back porch.
Lastly, I'm seeking to get seriously back into meditation and have reconnected with my Zen teacher. I hope to attend a 7 day Sesshin in October. I look forward to exploring spirituality more as I begin a new phase of my life.
I look forward to hearing from new and interesting people and I'm one of the most accepting and non-judgmental people out there, so please feel free to e-mail me if your interested. Cheers and here's to the good life!

Date men and women from Colorado, United States. My name is John. I moved to Colorado 6 years ago and it is all that I thought it would be. I enjoy all this beautiful state has to offer. I like to hunt, fish, camp, golf, sample microbrews, snowboard, and ride my motorccle, I have a good job that keeps me pretty busy. I am now ready to find someone to do all that stuff with!!

Meet people from Colorado, United States. Hi,
I am looking for someone that I can be friends w/ first; someone who likes doing the things I do (see below) and someone who can make me laugh. If you are active, sweet, family oriented, and enjoy reading, then we will have a few things to discuss if we ever meet.
My short story which does me no justice at all: I am a very active man, I spend most of my free time in the mountains (skiing in the winter; hiking, backpacking, and camping during the spring, summer and fall). When I am not in the mountains, at work, or doing some type of physical activity, I enjoy reading a good book - I try to read everyday and succeed most of the time.
Music is also a huge part of my life - my friends who get it think my passion for it is totally normal (there are about 5 who understand), my friends who don't, well, they don't and probably never will.
I should mention that I am very clean and organized, and I am definitely a planner. The clean part is certainly not a requirement for you, but it's something that is evident in my life and you will understand if you ever see my office or condo.
Family: I am the middle child - I have 2 wonderful sisters (the older one is a teacher in Chicago and the younger one is an event planner in SF). My parents are my true role models in life - they have taught me well and I can only hope I will be half as good as them when I become a parent someday. I will become an uncle for the first time in October, and I am just thrilled for my older sister, her husband, and my parents – it’s a boy!
I moved around a lot growing up and I am thankful for all of the experiences that resulted from those moves. I have been in CO since 1999, (I lived in Boulder in 3rd and 4th grade and knew I would be back), and I am certainly not going anywhere permanent anytime soon. CO is such a majestic place and I have many more mountains to explore - that's why I try to get out there every weekend.
Overall I think I am a pretty nice person and I treat people the way I want to be treated - I would expect the same from my significant other, but understand that bad days happen from time to time.
I would love to hear from you if you are of the least bit intrigued.
Sincerely,
Michael B.

Date a man from United States. I am a English Professor, and retired profesional world football player (or soccer player). I run daily, and, naturally, I am introverted to a degree, and find a high degree of satisfaction in challenging myself either by reading a novel in a prescribed period of time, running a certain time in a race, or in triaining by running negative splits on interval days. I enjoy the company of other people who are seeking a shared experience, like a meal/dinner, art exhibits and perofrmances, hiking and photography, I've gone to opera and ballet, but I am in fear of clapping at the wrong time (eek!), musical concerts, theater/films, or sports with live soccer matches (both domestics and European) best.
I enjoy travel, but I am always happiest upon returning home.
In my spare time I coach youth soccer teams and mentor up and coming distance runners. Personal integrity and respect are most fundamental in guiding my life's decision making. Yes, I look first before jumping. I promote within myself, and others the importance of understanding why we do what we do, and where the decisions we make today will take you tomorrow, and, ultimately, next year and beyond.
The person I am looking for would be able to balance work and living. Someone who has a good sense of humor, can laugh at themselves, intelligence and indepencence is attractive, like having one's own musical taste, fashion sense and ability to speak one's mind in a eloquent, and if necessary, brash manner (we are all human). I appreciate a person who takes there physical and mental appearance seriously, and are health conscious. I believe beauty exists on many levels, attraction is the simple part, but finding that spark is essential. I also find a person who has a strong sense of direction attractive, but I do not mind adventure, like going on a trip to the Smokey Bear Museum, a trip to Monster Island in New Jersey, even Loch Ness in Scotland to look for that enigmatic monster, or travelling to a backwater town in France, Peru or Oregon (one of the most beautiful places I have been was Crater Lake in Oregon, and Easter Island of the coast of Chile). In closing, the person I am looking for is a person who is sincere, energetic and creative.

Meet a soulmate from United States. Let's see, I'm pretty sure I'm the total package. Great job and career, funny, adventurous, passionate, in good shape.
I consider myself kind, generous, and having a positive attitude.
My idea of fun is taking my dog to the dog park, hiking, off-roading, playing games and sports, puzzles, extreme fitness, sipping some great wine on a comfy couch, watching movies. I'm looking for someone who compliments my personality however way that may take shape. Someone who is creative, asks good questions.
It would be great to meet someone who loves their job and life, can hold an intelligent conversation, independent and affectionate, who is educated but doesn't need to constantly prove it. I believe it is really important for both parties to put equal effort into a relationship and reciprocate. I may not be a "religious" person but I take loyalty, honor and integrity pretty seriously and I would expect my partner to as well.
I love to travel, I've visited 40 states. Let's see, what else... i have my stuff together, and i love my dog.

Date someone special from United States. I live in Glenwood, since it's such a small town, I prefer my boss and coworkers not knowing some reason...lol Maybe I don't want them to know so much about me? That is one good thing about online dating; you can see quickly what someone is like and what their interest are.
Hobbies, goal, uniqueness and music huh?
Hobbies-I enjoy going to the gym, eating healthy, staying active and experiencing life. I could do with out cable and negativity! i do like dancing, mtn biking, snowboarding, hiking, fishing, rafting, art, wine, learning about women (wish me luck):), learning, teaching, becoming a better person and stuff.
Goals, we can talk about that more when we get to know each other a little more...but I do have some. I am financially independent and have goals towards where I want to be in the 5 to 10 years. I bought my first house when I was 19 and 2nd when I was going to CSU when I was 23. I bought my 3rd house when a few years ago in Glenwood.
I think I'm very unique for a guy like me. I was adopted, worked for everything that I currently have, learned lessons along the way about love, relationships, how to become a better person...blah blah blah.
I'm kinda sick of talking about myself...how about you?
I love all kinds of music...really!

Meet single man from United States. I am a young professional and outgoing but I also like to stay in sometimes. I like dogs; I have a boxer, and he is awesome. I am athletic, and I love to cook. Looking for someone who knows what they want in life and wants someone with which share it with. Also looking for someone who likes to expierence new things and also likes to travel.

Date men and women from United States. I've been living in Denver for 3 years now and am feeling really settled. I'm a very active guy and am always looking to meet fun new people to explore the area with! I like to talk a lot, am always plotting my next adventure, love a good conversation, and generally am a very social and outgoing guy. I enjoy meeting people who are interested in having fun and enjoying the simple pleasures in life.
I'm very career oriented—I've been working in advertising since I graduated from college. That said, I really value work/life balance and hope to meet someone who shares that value.
So, if you're a person who loves fun don't be shy! I don't bite and I'm pretty much down for anything. If you need some inspiration I have a HUGE list of things I want to go out and do!

Meet people from United States. Hi all :) I'm not going to lie on my page or fluff myself up to seem better than others on here. No climbing 14ers every weekend, working out 24/7, and no classic bathroom shirtless pictures (don't want to scare anybody).
I'm a down to earth, caring, shy, loving, sensitive guy who enjoys spending time with family, my dog, and hanging out. I work a lot but it is not my life at all. I'm fortunate enough to have a career but it does does not consume my life. I work hard but really enjoy my free time.
Before I worked in my current career I used to work for a Middle School in the special education department for five years. It was an amazing experience. I seriously loved going to work every day. Hopefully when I get older I can do some type of volunteer work in that field because it really was a special experience.
More about me?....I love sports and yes I do watch games and SportsCenter. I love every sport, but my favorite is Hockey. Unofficial holidays in my life are the Rockies Opening Day and NFL Opening weekend. Me and my dorky friends are crazy about fantasy football. Besides sports I like going to dive bars for drunken kareoke (and people watch), check out restaurants, and explore everything in Colorado.
I live in Arvada and grew up in the Wheat Ridge/Golden/Arvada areas and I don't want to leave. For instance I moved to Seattle for a bit for college, but returned quickly back to Golden because.............I missed my family and dogs :) In Mid March I bought my first place and it has been an amazing experience so far. I still have a lot of unpacking to do though, can't even use my garage :(
I was adopted by a loving family when I was under a year old from Seoul South Korea. Colorado has been home for me ever since. I have an amazing family who has helped me through the best and worst of times.
I have six tattoos, but once again its not my life. I like tats but am not a tattoo aficionado by any means.
Now that I'm older I've learned what I want and what I don't want in a relationship. I 'm looking for a person who is mature, financially stable, ambitious, educated, caring and loving. I'm looking for a partner in crime :)
Write me, I'd love to get to know YOU!! You will not be disappointed :)
