Meet a guy from Colorado, United States. So I think I'll start by saying I am not looking for a random hookup or one night stand, as it seems that guys on match have that reputation. I am hoping to meet someone cool and fun to get to know. I work out, and love being active. These activities include crossfit, running, biking, hiking, skiing, yoga, and sledding. I love Rockies games in the summer, Broncos football in the winter, and just about any sport in between. I am big music nerd, which includes playing guitar and kind-of banjo. I have a banjo. I also go to a lot of concerts, and like hearing new music. But my favorite album of all time is Paul Simon's 'Graceland'. I grew up in Denver, but went to school in California, studied abroad in London, taught English in China, lived in New York City for a bit, and then ended up back here. I do International consulting and sales for a real estate company here in town. I like non-profits and volunteering. I like almost all people, except for jerks, and love trying new foods/restaurants. I love ethnic foods, and I love bbqing.

Date someone special from Colorado, United States. I just moved to Denver a couple of months ago from Texas. I'm excited to be out in Colorado and love exploring my new surroundings. I have many leather bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany. I enjoy running at all the parks around town, and making it out to the mountains whenever possible. Meet a boy from United States. I work hard at a job I enjoy, because of it I don't have as much free time as I'd prefer. I enjoy the feeling of getting dirty and learning as much as I can about how the world works. Whether its ripping a friend's car apart for him because he needs help or driving for 5 hours to see something I've never seen before.
I think I'd fully qualify as a nerd by most definitions. From the scifi and comic book references to the absolute fascination with anything having to do with electronics (odd that I chose to do that as a profession).
My brothers are my best friends and I have a very close relationship with both of them and my parents. I've never really understood how people can grow up together and know every facet of each others personality and not get along to some extent. I also don't consider myself to be very photogenic, which isn't to say I don't think I look good just not when having my soul sucked out by those newfangled camera things.
The woman who I want is more of a vague outline of personality traits more so than a set mental image. Someone strong and intelligent first and foremost. Someone who doesn't automatically jump to the worst case scenario in life. A great sense of humor (feel free to replace great with dark and sarcastic) is something that makes life worth living so I would love it if whomever I'm with shares my same outlook on humor and life. Physically, I find myself more attracted to slender girls (just a preference) which isn't to say someone with a few extra pounds can't be amazingly cute. Confidence is something that I find sexier than any body type or outfit.
Date a guy from United States. I just relocated from Raleigh, NC to Lafayette, CO for a new job / to switch things up. NC is nice, but I needed a change of pace. Boulder has been awesome so far.
I'm continually striving to improve so that I can successfully contribute to humanity in some way; I'm just not quite sure how I want to go about that yet. I'm typically sarcastic. I try to be witty. I don't find awkward silences awkward. I want someone who, that while self-confident, constantly seeks to become better at whatever they love doing, whatever interests them, both mentally and physically. I'm very laid back, and easy to get along with. I'm more of a country boy, but still enjoy doing things that the city has to offer now and then. I have a stable job, and generally enjoy what I do. I'm a really ambitious person. If there's something that I'm striving for, I will give all that I have to achieve it. I like to joke around and employ sarcasm when it's the right moment, but also have my serious side when called for.
