Date men and women from United States / Colorado, 25 year old - page 5

Date single boy from Colorado, United States. I do not enjoy writing/talking about myself, but in a nutshell:
I just relocated from the Midwest to the Denver area. I'm fairly busy with my new job, but I also want to explore my new home, and I find that is best done with other people. I enjoy trying new things, even if I've never heard of it before.
Anyway, good luck with your search.

Meet someone special from Colorado, United States. I am a Colorado native who likes golf and lake activities in the summer, hunting and skiing in the winter. If you golf or would like to learn that is a huge plus. I live in LoHi so I am always down for happy hour after work. My goal is to live a balanced life so if you can introduce me to something new I am usually up for it.

Date a soulmate from Colorado, United States. I am an artist at heart. I love creating and expressing myself through art and enjoy exploring its' importance in our society. I have an art degree in graphic design and went on to get my teaching license in which I now teach at a school with both middle and high school students. It is exhilarating to be in the drivers seat for a young persons education and being able to help mold them into the people they want to become.
I am a shy person. I have always been the quiet listener on the sideline in the beginning but when I feel comfortable I become a different, more energetic and exciting person.
I am looking for someone that is really just a nice and caring person. Someone that I could connect with and know that they would bring the same type of empathy and compassion to the table as I would. She has to be confident in who she is and what she wants in life. I'm turned off by women who care only for themselves. I'd love to discuss topics with her even if we aren't on the same sides, in an intelligent way.
A great date for me would me cooking for her or going out to eat just so that we can talk and get to know each other. Followed by a gallery walk just hanging out watching a movie.

Meet a guy from Colorado, United States. Hi! My name is Shaun Durkin. I like to think of myself as a "jack of all trades". I am always experiencing new things, and I am not afraid to try something new. I have lived in Colorado Springs for about 2 months, and I am loving this town. I am a firefighter for Peterson AFB and Colorado Springs Airport, which I enjoy very much. I tend to stay busy with either going up to the mountains to go ride dirt bikes, or even hitting up the track with my street bike. I love to play sports of any kind, and I goto the gym regularly. I also enjoy making wine and going on weekly dinner dates. I enjoy helping friends no matter the situation. I believe in being there for friends in need. I love my family even though I have moved away from home, and I don't plan on going back. I am very friendly and I smile a lot. I believe that happiness is contagious, which is why I always try to stay happy.
I am looking for someone in similar nature of myself, who enjoys the outdoors, and is not afraid to try new things. I like spontaneousness cause it always keeps me on my toes, which makes for a exciting life. If you think that your personality can mend with mine, send me message. :)

Date people from Colorado, United States. About me? I am Ex-Military. I recently just moved back to Colorado from Mississippi. I am a full-time student at CTU for Electrical Engineering, and yes, I live with my parents so I can cash in my money from my GI Bill (Don't judge me :p).
I am a very honest person, to a point that saying I can be blunt when asked a question, can be an understatement. I enjoy motorcycling, billiards, weightlifting, occasionally running (though I haven't done much of it since leaving the service), and computer games. I also like to watch movies, go out to eat, go for walks, and reading. I am not a small guy, by any means. I am a little on the healthy side. I like to define it as "Muscle covered by a layer of cushiony goodness"
What I am looking for is a serious relationship. Someone is kind and gentle, honest and loyal, smart and opinionated, patient, and not easily intimidated.
My favorite dates aren't the traditional movies and dinner (well that may be fun sometimes). I really like sharing my hobbies and enjoying my dates hobbies.
But anywho, that's me. I'm on here for three months, hopefully someone can step up to the challenge.

Meet a boy from Colorado, United States. Eureka! I've found it! I know exactly who I'm looking for!
Ok first off, The Lion King. What do you think about it? If you don't think it's the best movie ever, then we might have a problem. If you've never seen it, then we're from different generations, and we probably won't get along. Come on though - the story line - amazing. And the soundtrack by Hans Zimmer - like nothing I've ever heard before.
Second, my dog. I just finished adopting a Siberian Husky named Juno, and I plan on spoiling him rotten. He goes running with me every day, and I'd take him everywhere, if everywhere would allow it...But, if you don't like dogs - you guessed it - it might be best to look elsewhere.
Ok, now on to less fun/more serious stuff: I'm looking to meet women who are driven, ambitious, and intelligent. I want you to know what you're doing with your life, and you should be going after it.
I would call myself Type-A, and I'm very happy on a day to day basis. The mountains are where I feel at home, and I try to get out into the sunshine every chance I get. A former swimmer, I really enjoy being healthy, and you should too.
A little known fact about me is that I had OCD as a kid. If it seems like I keep interrupting our date to go to the bathroom - don't worry, nothing's wrong; I'm probably just washing my hands excessively. If I have to open the door 3 times for you, or really if I seem to be doing anything in multiples of 3.....move along.......nothing to see here ;-).
Adventure is where it's at! I love skiing, and I have the unfortunate habit of getting lost on purpose, much to the chagrin of my friends and family. I just really enjoy seeing new places, even if that "new place" is an undiscovered neighborhood 2 miles from my house. On a larger scale, I think travelling is amazing. I have a long list of places where I still need to go.
Finally, career-wise, I'm an ambitious ex-Google engineer who is in the middle of starting his own business. I love programming and messing around with computers, but I won't hold it against you if you don't feel the same way. Running my own business tends to make me extremely busy, but I'm positive I can fit you in. If you believe me, shoot me a message, and we'll see :).

Meet single boy from United States. I am wicked random, with a wicked random sense of humor. And when I say wicked random, I mean I will refer to weird movie quotes out of the blue, start chuckling in the corner because something reminds me of something else, or will just make reference to random things that, if you get it, most people find hysterical. On the other hand, if you don't, you'll probably just think I'm a looney. My sense of humor could be most compared to that of...hm...Seth MacFarlane, Lewis Black, Robin Williams, Dave Chappelle, Brian Regan, Greg Giraldo, and Jon Stewart, all smashed together into one ridiculous human being. It's sometimes dark, but light-hearted in tone. It can be rather intense, but that just leads to more laughter. I can be terribly inappropriate in the right situations (like...not in front of your parents, boss, etc....not that I'm thinking about that already, but in case it comes up...)
I LOVE Avalanche hockey, so any hockey fans earn mad cool points. Sometimes I yell at players from the 3rd-story...as if they can hear me. I also yell when I'm behind the glass...because they should be able to hear me.
I moved here from Orlando, FL about 1.5 years ago. I'm adopted. The rest of my family is kind of scattered throughout the country at this point. I love them all dearly.
Really, if you are a girl who can keep up with my silliness, I think we'll be set. I have mad affinity toward independent women, as well as ones who communicate very clearly. And ambition is wicked appealing, too. It's strange because I'm not really looking for any marriage-type relationships yet, but the only girls I'm attracted to have that potential. I'm not really one to "date" someone without an end in mind. At the same token, don't think I'll be proposing to you anytime soon, nor asking any long-term relationshippy type questions/conversations. I'm just here to meet some new people and enjoy their company.
I teach elementary school and love all my students dearly. With that said, I have also developed a somewhat dry, sarcastic sense of humor. I would probably enjoy just meeting you in person, as I have a very animated and energetic personality that I just can't find a way to communicate over a 2500 character text pocket.
PS: I'm kind of a grammar/homophone nut...

Date someone special from United States. My name is Will, I'm an unabashed free spirit. Though I've lived in Colorado all my life I just recently moved to Denver. I work in customer service for a solar panel distributor really enjoy what I do (no, I'm not crammed in a call center). I'm outgoing, open-minded, and love trying new things.
About Me:
I'm the youngest of 7 and my family is very close. I grew up in a small town between Longmont and Loveland and as I'm growing older I'm realizing how important open space is to me. I was raised to treat others as you'd like to be treated, respect your elders, hold the door open for others, and always tip well (if you had good service). In short I'm pretty egalitarian. One personality type I won't date is judgemental people, and those that need to put down others so that they feel superior. I graduated from CSU with a Bachelors in Communication, briefly worked an internship in LA (where I rescued my boxer), and am now happily back in the CO.
What I'm looking for:
I'm happiest when around nature, but I also like to look nice and go out for a drink. I'm curious, I enjoy stimulating conversations, and find interest in most anything. It'd be great to find someone that enjoys the Colorado atmosphere, loves to laugh and make others laugh. Someone I can share and experience new things with. Someone who challenges me, and makes me want to be a better person. Someone who likes to dress up and go out, but is just as happy in sweats and a T. Bonus points if you can make fun of yourself.
If you're interested, hit me up!

Meet a soulmate from United States. I moved out here from Minnesota a year and a half ago. I love the western slope of Colorado. It is a giant playground for people like me who love to explore and find new areas, or at least new areas to me.
I love to travel and I have been to Ireland most recently. One of my favorite trips was the trip my sister and I took when we spent Christmas in Germany, France, and Switzerland. I would love to go back to Europe, but I also want to travel to a few more exotic places.
I am a big guy and I enjoy trying new things; new food, new drinks, etc. I am also pretty open minded so religious views and political views don't matter much to me. I am a terrible dancer, but I would like to learn.
I have a pretty diverse sense of humor. A lot of things make me laugh or smile and I hope you have a great sense of humor as well.
I spend a lot of my weekends on my ATV, whether I am camping or just going on a day trip.
I have a dog. She is a Great Dane/German Shepherd named Bailey and she is big, sweet, and dopey.
Anyways, if you are interested, please contact me and we can see where it goes.

Date a guy from United States. I know what you might think: "Screenwriter? So what do you REALLY do for a living?" But after trying, failing and refusing to give up for several years, I now get to do what I love most for a living.
A real man says what he means and does what he says. A real man knows what he wants and will take it upon himself to make it happen. A real man is cognizant of how he makes other people feel, regardless of who they are. A real man places loved ones above anything else. A real man treats a woman with respect and dignity. A real man is dependable. A real man is open and honest ALL the time. And a real man isn't afraid to, nor gets upset when someone tells him what he needs to hear, even if it isn't what he wants to hear.
The best word to describe me is passionate. I believe in putting 100% effort into everything you do, whether it be in one's personal life or professional life. I like football, but I couldn't tell you anything about hockey, baseball or basketball (not that I have anything against those sports). However, I am a HUGE tennis fan. I would be on the court every day if I could. And I used to be in martial arts for about 7 years and hope to get back into it soon. I play guitar and love classic rock. I love going to concerts, wine bars and traditional bars. But I'd rather go to the dentist than a nightclub. I have a great group of friends who are a blast to be around, but who are also ambitious.
My parents were very involved in everything I did growing up, and I thank them and love them for it now. My brother is my #1 confidant. And although most of my family live outside of the United States, I see them as frequently as possible and value them above anything else.
An ideal relationship for me is with a woman who isn't afraid to be herself, no matter what that might be. A woman who cares about other people, has goals in life (no matter how big or small) and respects herself are some very attractive qualities!
Just a few of my personal goals that might help:
- Spend 2-4 weeks each year teaching English to children in townships in South Africa.
- Go back to France to put my mediocre French skills to the test.
- Start a tennis camp for underprivileged kids.
- Learn to work on and restore cars.
I'm looking forward to the experience(s) here and hope to meet you soon!

Meet people from United States. I am a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. I am also a strength and speed coach, and work with youth to college athletes. I believe that if you can get someone to accomplish their goals (top 100 nationally) they will be able to confidently approach life as a national top 100 business man or woman, or be a national top 100 student. I'm a sociologist at heart and am passionate about making impacts in the lives of others; sports/fitness is a great avenue to do that. I will be attempting to become ACSM certified in the very near future, with which I hope to get in touch with connections I've made to work for an elite sports training facility. I currently write training books for market and train clients both through public organizations and privately. This Autumn, I am in the process of branching open personalized training/evaluation over the internet for market directed towards fitness and athletic training from a training and student-athlete resources forum I administer, that will tailor interactive training programs for all types of individuals, groups, and teams, and potentially will include evaluating technical proficiency
I truly enjoy working out. I was a sprinter in college at CU and I also play(ed) semi-pro football for the Mile High Grizzlies. I LOVE watching movies! Snowboarding, camping when I can, and getting out to bust a move. I'm a guy, so sports everything is good with me. I am majoring in History and Sociology. One online class away from finishing that second major. I am keeping the option of becoming a teacher in my pocket as it would be something I would find very rewarding and I can more directly impact young people. I love positive motivation and stick to people who are seething with it like glue; if you dislike Tim Tebow, maybe you're not the right match :P (j/k..... but seriously).
I have never cheated and never will. I am very honest and believe that you're robbing the other person if you're insincere. My ideal match is someone who can strike the balance between having values and standing for something, while also being a fun person to be with. Someone who looks you in the eye when they talk to you, and thinks good thoughts. I'm interested in the script somebody is carrying and boldness is a real attractor. Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game! I try to approach everything in life as "What are you looking for to make your organization/relationship be successful, and if I have it, and I’m the best available, then give me a shot at it." I hope to find someone with a similar outlook. I love sarcasm in a young lady and I don't confuse innocence with being naive; the former is a great virtue! I don't bite so don't hesitate to write.
A couple words of wisdom that I try real hard to live by:
- Learn the difference between DESIRE and Desperate. DESIRE should drive you to do things right with character. Desperation will make you do things that is outside of your character. Become the ultimate master of yourself. Let NO circumstance control you.
- The person you are right now and the person you need to be MUST meet. The person you need to be will never come to who you are. You must step up to whom you need to be.
- 10% of life is what happens, 90% is how you respond to it
- "Your compassion is a weakness your enemies will not share."
- RE: "That's why it's so important. It seperates us from them."
