Date a man from California, United States. Who I am? good question! I am older then I look and feel. I have practice yoga for the past 40 years as well as habitually exercised and ate "reasonable" well. I am a professional marriage and family therapist and an amateur musician that loves to combine music with therapy. Whether for my clients or myself. Love is important to me as is compassion and acceptance. I adhere to the Marine Corps motto of - "Semper Fidelis" and look for that in my friends, family and close associates. I am by nature a positive and happy person and can have fun doing most anything (once I get my mind into it). I have recently lost my wife of 36 years and I am learning acceptance. I enjoy the finer things of life and consider intimacy one of the most finest of all. Life to me is too short and I don't want to spend it alone. I have two young adult children who have both completed college and are on their own. I also have a grand daughter that I adore and she adores me, but I don't have an intimate partner to share my life and this makes me sad. I am looking for an intelligent, beautiful, sexy woman who enjoys who she is and knows how to make her man feel loved. I will offer the same in return (except perhaps, the beautiful part). I would like someone who can be interdependent in relationships, is accomplished in her own right (knows who she is and has developed herself), has courage, perseverance and awareness. She must have an active lifestyle and intellectual curiosity and be rather intuitive; being organized is a plus, but not to the level of OCD (LOL). I want someone who is aware of her own issues and has done some work on overcoming the negatives. I don't want someone who sits around, watches TV frequently, never reads, only cares about money and power, lacks real compassion and is narrow minded.
