I had a little break from here while recovering from an injury, now I'm more or less fully fit again and hoping to be fitter than ever.
Most people dream about living, I'm living my dream, I invite you to share it with me!
I would like to meet a woman who is confortable in her own skin, a person who can get ready and go at the drop of a hat. I am from the UK, been here ten years and own a small sucessful business. I love to sing, listen to music, everything from classical to chart, dance, some meaningless TV, good food, wine, travel and adventure.
I'm very positive and happy, just looking for that special one to share it with me. I'm always looking forward and like to focus on the positive. I believe in lifelong education and I am involved in a self development/transformational program that has really had an impact in my life. I'm often in SF city as part of this.
I like to keep my house neat with minimal things, if its been in a drawer for longer than a year, then I don't need it and I donate it or recycle it.I can just as easily lounge around on a Sunday as I can jump up early and set out on a discovery day of adventure. I have a weakness for tv shows that will feed my need for information on how things are made and history subjects
I have great instincts, I will often pick up my phone because I know it's going to ring. If I say I'm going to do something, it usually gets done barring natural disasters or something, I'm always on time and I like to give. I live my life authentically and with dignity.
I like to be creative and sometimes I paint or draw, I like to go horseback riding although I've not been able to do much of that recently.
I would like to find somebody who compliments me rather than has ALL the same interests, maybe a person who might introduce me to new things. Overall I would say that I'm a happy, positive person to be with and I would like it to be infectious, I do have a streak in me for doing daring adventures sometimes and I have a very broad acceptance of peoples lifestyles, nothing shocks me and I'm always willing to try new ideas and situations.

Meet someone special from United States. i am a simple hard working stiff that wants to find a friend. a woman who is not needy, or addicted to anti depressants and phony doctor shows. i do not define myself by my work, never seeked to do that. i do not have kids, nor do i want one, or to take care of someone elses. i do not want to set up a meeting with you, only to have you bring your kid along. which is rude, and not fair to the kid. i just want to meet, talk, interact and see if we can deal with one another. i do not want an obsessive woman who is addicted to marketing and things. i like to play hard, i still play softball and oi golf alot. if you are a golfer, huge plus. i want a woman who has her own hobbies and no shopping for junk all the time is no hobby. shopping for anything other than what is needed is not a hobby. again, i want to meet a woman who's life is in order, and can stand being alone and does not seek a man to complete her. someone that can show me that they can be honest, and up front, with no agenda other than getting as much out of life as she can.
wow, after being on this site for a week or so, and reading all the profiles, my self asteem is destroyed. how could i ever measure up to all these awesome women? smart, pretty, rich, active. wow. the travel thing doesn't move me, i don't like to travel as i have found my own nirvana, right where i am. everything is here. not sure this approach is gonna work for me.
