I've have had a colorful, exceptional life and raised two amazing kids (who are now grown and mostly on their own). I've also had some very interesting careers here and NYC. I like changing it up, seeing new places, trying new things.
Happiest in casual clothes (love all my cowboy boots) but clean up well. I tend towards simple, classic rather than trendy or flashy. I enjoy parties and events, I plan and attend many in my position running a small firm in Malibu.
You can probably talk me into trying almost anything (other than scuba diving or jumping out of a plane, but even then I'll make the plans and have a good time). Tried stand up paddle boarding - loved it! I stay in shape by going to the gym two or three times a week, power walk and do yoga. Need someone to dance, ski and play tennis with, who'll teach me a few new things and maybe learn something from me too. I've been told I'm a good shot, I can drive a golf ball, open to fishing / hunting and not limiting possibilities. I love to take pictures, attend cultural events and museums, spend time with friends and family, I do community service in a number of creative ways.
My family is small and spread out, an uncle in Costa Rica, sister in France, cousins in Florida, dad and brother in NY, my kids are in China and Texas. I don't think I could live in the city anymore (loved Manhattan) but now prefer living near the water or the countryside.

I have many, many interests from aviation to business to health and fitness... oh... and learning to play guitar. I'm never without something to do or learn. Boredom has never been, and will never be, part of my vocabulary. My teenage daughter manages to keep me busy but she's getting older and becoming more independent so I may be out of a job soon.
As an independent, strong, and passionate woman, I'm opinionated and outspoken too. But I'm not so opinionated that I can't be open minded. But I need someone who will challenge me... make me think.
