Date a soulmate from California, United States. Well I'm real glad you asked. and I'm so unbiased about myself you can word my word for it all.
Last year, I was arrogant, now Im perfect.
I just got here, have already a couple great friends, but feels like I'll give a go at meeting even more cool people, preferably non-patients.
I put a nuclear shield on my heart when I decided to move here from France (it didn't work). But when it comes out it's honest, generous, curious and outgoing .
Though Im half american, I never dated anyone american, and don't know anything about dating procedures meaning Ill follow my heart even worse than normal.
Oh, and be prepared, I don't take anything seriously, but I only kid the people I care about. So you should actually be flattered :)
Even as a psychiatrist, I made jokes with my patients. I don't think any of them resisted, maybe because they wanted out of there.
Meet people from California, United States. And here we go....
I'm a California girl raised by a Southern family. They taught me manners, respect & values and that's what I look for in my friends. To their dismay, I’ve always been infatuated by entertainment and took off for LA. Nine years later, I still love this crazy, bizarre town. To quote a friend, “Every day I’m in LA is the day I see the weirdest, strangest or funniest thing in my life” and I love LA for it.
IРІР‚в„ўm a book nerd, cinephile, TV addict and quiet adventurer. YouРІР‚в„ўre just as likely to find me at Comic Con as Coachella. (No joke. I go to both every year.) Movies are one of my favorite things; I go constantly. Hiking and biking on the beach over gyms. I like lazy weekend mornings, big breakfasts and the occasional Sunday Funday. I go to a lot of live shows and am an equal opportunity music-enthusiast. (Although, I usually rock 60РІР‚в„ўs Motown when IРІР‚в„ўm in the car.) I believe Sundays are dedicated to NFL during football season. IРІР‚в„ўm game for almost any adventure. Except sky diving. No thanks. As long as weРІР‚в„ўre having fun, IРІР‚в„ўm in. You can turn anything into an adventure, as long as you want to. IРІР‚в„ўm a little Mary Poppins that way but IРІР‚в„ўd rather be upbeat and enjoy the moment.
My friends here are my LA family and I couldnРІР‚в„ўt survive without them. I canРІР‚в„ўt say I have one type of group- my closest friends are from different walks of life, different careers and I love their diversity. They keep the spice in my life. IРІР‚в„ўm from a big extended family and grew up around a lot of kids. While I didnРІР‚в„ўt take after my educator mother career-wise, she did instill in me a love of children and education. I donРІР‚в„ўt have any kids but I keep them in my life, through volunteering and mentoring.
I joined Match to shake things up a little bit. I like people with passion for what they do, whether itРІР‚в„ўs their career or personal life. When I picture my future, I see a partner who is creative, challenges me, and keeps me laughing. Someone who doesnРІР‚в„ўt think the only way to have fun is to go out to the bars every night and someone who likes to actually have conversation. Be genuine and sincere and IРІР‚в„ўll do the same. I like people who can find the wit and comedy in any situation and donРІР‚в„ўt take themselves too seriously. It doesnРІР‚в„ўt hurt if youРІР‚в„ўre a bit of a nerd, because to be frank, I am.
I could keep going on things like my favorite memory or my biggest accomplishment (theyРІР‚в„ўre good ones) but I think IРІР‚в„ўd rather tell you when I meet you.
