Keeping active is what I am all about whether at the gym or working on a home improvement project I thrive on movement. My daughter told me I had a big heart and that was the best compliment I have ever gotten.
My two daughters (a lawyer and a manager-I am so proud!) are leading happy lives of their own now so I am enjoying my empty nest. Not that I don't see them often but for the most part I am on my own and surprisingly I love the peace and quiet. It's like being on vacation! I love mini vacations or even staycations. My favorite trip was to Sedona, AZ just beautiful hiked, went off roading and saw lots of great sights.
