I was born in Taiwan, grew up in New York City, and my former company transferred me to Los Angeles in 1995. Yes I am 100% fully fluent in Chinese and Brooklynese! "Wanna go for a cup of cwuohfee?" I had the very good fortune to travel on business to London, Taipei, BeiJing, GuanZhou, and all of the major cities and many rural areas in the United States. On my own, I have been to most of Western Europe, Morocco, Australia, Japan, and China (six times).
Some of my photos were from my "Shee Yo Jee" last year, which started in Shanghai, traveling four weeks, mostly by (very crowded) trains and buses, all the way to China's western-most province Xin Jiang, to the cities of Urumuchi and Kashgar (KaShi). That was a extraordinary and truly enlightening journey!
