You need to know that I don't have a good relationship with food, I usually eat too much of it, so I try to make up for over eating by staying active. I go to the gym and play hoops, also play in a basketball league as well. I have taken up running recently so on days that I don't get into the gym I'll go to the Strand and get some cardio in that way.
I was born and raised in Kentucky and after graduating from college I moved to the the west coast and have been here for the last 14 years, 2 in San Diego and the last 12 in the South Bay. I know I'm from Kentucky where there are tons of outdoor things to do, but I am definitely not a camping type of person anymore. I did all that growing up and for me now, a vacation means you can order room service.
My job does require a bit of travel but one of the places I go to on a regular basis is Hawaii so hopefully you have some vacation days saved up!
I love spending time with my family, watching basketball games with my kid and my Dad. Getting together with my parents on occasion to have dinner.
I watch TV ok there I admit it. I don't know what it is, but lately anytime I bring up television people always say they don't watch TV. I, on the other hand love my DVR, I'm never home when the shows I like are on, my DVR lets me watch the shows I like whenever and skip the commercials..... so much more efficient :)
I love my friends and getting together with them is always a great time.
