If you say you are "athletic toned" and poop out after a short hike then a rethinking of your profile needs to be addressed (that's the physically fit thing). Do not read into this that I am up for the cover of Men's Health Magazine or Muscle Magazine, I am definitely not (not even close, maybe Gerontology Today or Geezers on Parade is more like it).
