My looks are about average (have that Jason Alexander/ Danny DeVito thing going on) and I need to lose weight. But, if you are looking to meet a guy who communicates well, has a great sense of humor (I laugh at all my jokes), is smart enough to tie his own shoes (mastered that by the time I was 18), has a vocabulary with more than one two-syllable words (of course that does include some very creative curse words),is very close to his kids (both of my daughters think I am a great guy - you can ask them),is very close to his five grandkids (they are actually helping me relearn the important stuff),has finally figured out that the world doesn’t revolve around him (probably my most difficult lesson),loves to be romantic, and who is just an all around good guy -TALK TO ME! I have a solid formal education (MPA) and I tend to be analytical but I am also down to earth and I love to laugh. I have become self sufficient but it is time to settle down and I sorely miss the color and texture that is added by that very special woman. I m of the 60 s and still have a romanticized sense of what that era means. I read a lot and I play golf badly. I m left of center on most political issues but I m open to other points of view. I feel very strongly about family values (my daughters and grand kids are at the center of my world). I still love to go to a good old rock and roll concert, dance in the aisles, sing along, and behave as if I were 20.
