Date a soulmate from California, United States. 58 years young. My belief is that age is determined by how healthy you are mentally, physically and spiritually. Activities I enjoy when I have free time? picnics, an afternoon at the beach, day trips to Monterey, Big Sur, etc. I love to dance (Salsa and R&B are my favorite). I enjoy attending concerts, art and wine festivals. On cold winter nights, I love to be home reading, or listening to music and dancing with you by a cozy fire. Add some cheese, fruit, crackers, a glass of wine, and candlelight of course. The simple pleasures of life are best when shared with that special someone. Is that you?
My almost daily workouts are my therapy (jogging, weight training, aerobics). Family, higher power, friends, my job, and home are what I value most in life.
Meet someone special from California, United States. I am an honest gal with an honest business looking for an honest fellow to share my life with. I have worked at an interesting business for many years and am looking to find more time to teach yoga again and study dance a little more. I love gardening and find that I forget time has passed when I work with my plants. I am grateful for 3 beautiful grandchildren and I would like to attract someone who has time to enjoy life and also give back out of love and gratitude ! I would like a relationship based on love and respect and fun!
Date a soulmate from Soquel, United States. Ready for fun . . . seeking balance in my life and that includes a partner, someone to share love, joy and good times with.
I am most interested in someone who is "self-contained," someone who is comfortable with himself, but also has friends he likes to spend time with, maybe a hobby or two; ideally he would cook and chop wood, but not necessarily simultaneously :) He will have an awesome intellect and sense of humor and would have to be somewhat unique to appreciate my point-of-view.
I would love to meet someone who is interested in ideas . . . open to life and having fun. Someone who values partnership . . .
I am on the philosophical Bohemian side. I like to discuss ideas and am interested in culture, art, architecture, history, psychology, sociology, archeology, anthropology (big on the ologies, I guess). I am constantly trying to understand "why," and getting to root causes of things, if that can be determined. I am kind of a purist in the sense that I like to uncover things and see what is at the source, as much as possible.
I am curious about people and their motives and behaviors.
I love discovering the world by exploring neighborhoods.
The person I am attracted to does not have to share all of these inclinations, of course, but has to be able to acknowledge and appreciate that these things are important to me.
Edit: I really would like a partner to explore San Francisco, Carmel, Big Sur, etc. - I also want to dine out in many Santa Cruz restaurants on a regular basis - It's no fun doing that kind of stuff alone.
Meet someone special from Soquel, United States. I consider myself a very healthy, fortunate and young thinking woman. Although I have had my share of misfortune, overall I am a very lucky human being. I have traveled many places, seen the most amazing things, have witnessed life changing human events and continue to be excited about life. The more open I remain, the more that comes my way.
I am the mother of two grown children, whom I adore. Now I am working in the non profit sector; this seems to fill any holes that
have been fired my way!!
I would like to meet someone who loves to enjoy life in all its permutations, who likes a lively debate and at the same time doesn't take himself too seriously. Someone who likes people, doesn't have prejudices and is open to suggestions. i.e. if lost, will listen!!
Want someone to share the great outdoors with me, eat lunch on a rock, out for fine dinner later.
I still have much to learn. How about you?
Date men and women from Soquel, United States. Hi,

I'm a happy person and like to laugh and go to the movies. I like a good discussion. I have 2 grand children whom I don't see to often because they are 3 hours away. (Do love the litte ones)
Meet people from United States. I lead an active life. Friends and family are important as are my French background and family. I like to talk politics, but mostly with people I tend to agree with! I'm always reading a book, talking with my kids, veggie and herb gardening, or painting in my dining room, getting together with painting friends. I have family or friends for dinner frequently. I like to make improvements on my house and do as much work as I can myself. When the weather is good and I have time, I walk to the market, post office, antique shops, walk on the beach or go to the local book cafe.
Date people from United States. I have recently relocated to Soquel, California from Spokane, WA. I am a friendly, fun-loving, youthful woman who looks and seems younger than her 70years. I have been widowed for 11 years and would enjoy finding a life partner and companion. People and relationship is the spice of my life. Plans with friends or family, or a trip somewhere is a joy to consider; it makes me refreshed, energized and exuberant. An intimate companion with whom to share laughter, new adventures, a meal or a story and then quiet close moments is what I miss most. I need a caring man who considers faith important and who enjoys people, both socially and in serving others. Sharing his time, ideas, activities and values as friends and in marriage would be ideal. We all need things we do alone or with friends, but a relationship needs building and maintaining through shared and intimate activities and fun events too. Besides entertainment venues, that might include walking, hiking, camping, traveling, musical and drama events.
My music interests lean toward classical, jazz, folk, Big Band, and easy listening.
I have traveled in parts of Europe, Mexico, and the US. Wouldn't Australia and New Zealand be great fun? An honest and open comunicater who is sensitive and caring, enjoys people, and has a good sense of humor (doesn't take himself too seriously) would be a pleasure. He would be open to going new places and learning new things, but appreciate the old. He would truly value his children and grandchildren as well as mine.

Date people from United States.
I am a retired alpaca rancher in the Santa Cruz Mountains. I have a few old alpaca friends left to eat the weeds, but I no longer have breeding and selling babies as my business. The physical labor still keeps me in shape and the care of animals keeps me happy. I walk 2 or 3 miles nearly every day with my dogs. I live on a one lane road in the redwoods. Across the road is a 5000 acre State Park so I see a lot of wildlife.
I am a youngish, atttractive, strong, calm, healthy, intelligent, rational women with a good sense of humor, and genes for longevity. I love good conversation & hate to shop. I am not religious or political. I like to be open and honest and am one of the most reliable people you will ever meet.
I lost my house in the 1989 earthquake. My son(who is a builder) and I built my rustic new home with lots of windows facing Monterey Bay - 1400 ft. elevation and about 5 miles from the water. I had to live in a trailer while we were building, so I have had enough of camping.
I grew up in Detroit, graduated from Michigan State and after living in 8 states and doing a lot of traveling I am content to be here on the coast of California. My life is wonderful here in the redwoods and I would like to find a great friend to share it with. I've enjoyed living alone for several years, but now with long winter nights approaching, I'd like some company. It would be great to get involved in a stable long term relationship - not marriage though. Just for many happy days.
P.S. After meeting several Match men for lunch over the last two years I am beginning to think that one or two meetings are not at all
adequate to decide if you really like someone. I don't have expectations of love-at-first-sight or "chemistry" with some stranger. For someone who would be a "maybe" the most I can say after one meeting is - I think I like you so far. Friendship takes a long time to develop. What do you think?
