I LOVE animals, whether they are pets or not !! I love living right next to the Russian River in a rural setting, because of all the wildlife that comes down to the river to drink. (During the summer, some other interesting types of "wild-life" float down the river on tubes or canoes). I so look forward to being able to have some pets again !! I've had dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, snakes, lizards, hampsters, rabbits, turtles, cockatiels, canaries, and an African gray parrot.
Not too long ago, I saw a sign the stated, "The world is ruled by women and cats. The sooner men and dogs figure this out, the happier we will all be". There is a LOT of truth to that. . . . Just ask any cat !!! :~)
