On the outside I’m athletic and enjoy everything from hiking and mountain biking to Frisbee at the park, to martial arts, and I'm an avid CrossFit-er. If it’s something where I can push myself physically, you can definitely count me in. On the inside I’m a thinker who loves pushing my intellectual and spiritual boundaries to the limits, an insatiable reader, and a pretty handy fix-it man. There’s very few things in life that top time with family and friends around a BBQ or a yummy bottle of wine. I’ve been blessed with much, including the opportunity to travel quite a bit and see some exceptional sights. No matter where I go, my heart belongs to Sonoma County.
