I'm an elementary teacher, so I love kids, just don't want to spend all day and night with them. The best thing about teaching is when you see the "ah-ha" in their faces when they really learn something. This is why I teach, it certainly isn't for the money. Don't believe that teaching is an 8:30-3:00 job. I'm there early (7:00am), and late, usually 6:00pm. I guess you could say I'm dedicated.
I love to laugh. I think I have a great sense of humor. I've been told I should do stand-up, but really I'm only funny reacting to a specific situation/conversation.
I love to travel, watch sports, especially baseball. I've been an SF Giants fan since I was about 5, even when they are losing. I like to camp, but like the amenities as well. Looking at my DVR listing you’ll find more reality TV and well written shows than anything else. I have a dry sense of humor and love all types of music. I love the soap opera that is our national politics (Democrat). I’m learning how to garden, and barbeque, and a bit about wines. Oh, and sports. I love “my” San Francisco Giants and any team in football. I love Tudor history and am trying to learn how to be a better photographer.
I’m a romantic. When I love – it’s with all my heart. I believe in holding hands and long slow kisses that go on for days. The man I love will never doubt my feelings for him.
The best part about this time in our lives is that we have a wealth of experience and life to share. We have hobbies, friends, and a routine that we love. I don’t expect that you change who you are for me – or who I am for you. Being together just makes us better than we are separately.
