Date someone special from San Mateo, United States. Ohh where to start...well II recently moved to the Bay Area (April) from St. Louis, MO, where I grew up and lived for all of my life. I gave up dating my senior year of college because I simply couldn't find anyone I could trust...got burned a couple of times. I joined this site because I am looking to meet a down to earth girl that wants to have a friendship first.
I would describe myself as a man's man... enjoy sports, cars, working out, traveling, food!, reading, laughing and spending time with my friends. Very optimistic and fairly laid back. Three sport athlete in high school and one in college (I resemble a soccer player but I actually played football...and no, I was not the kicker). Enjoy traveling and meeting new people. I work in the finance industry.
I was raised by really great people with great values. My parents, a typical blue-collar middle class family, are the happiest people I know and have instilled a great value system in either two sons.
Always excited to try new foods... I am the least picky eater you have ever meet but I prefer to eat healthy on a daily basis. My most prized possession is a South African Vuvuzela from the 2010 World Cup that my best friend gave to me. My guilty pleasure is cereal (cinnamon toast crunch or any of the Kashi cereals) or Watermelon Jolly Rancher Slurpees.
Favorite slow song: Whatever It Is (Zac Brown Band)
Favorite chill song: Comeback Song (Darius Rucker)
Pregame (football) ritual: Till I Collapse (Eminem)
Pregame (drinking): Club can't handle me right now (Flo Rida)
Meet a guy from San Mateo, United States. I moved to the bay area from New York a little over a year ago and have loved every minute of it. There is a lot to see so I am looking for someone to help me explore the area and maybe find some romance along the way!
I'll try anything once and try to fulfill my sense of adventure any chance I get. To give you an idea, In school I've gone from photography to business to criminology to IT. I'm the humble nerd with a creative touch. I laugh at any joke and hope my companion enjoys cheesy puns. Since I work with computers and am stuck indoors all day, I like to stay active on weekends. I hike, camp, and bike as much as my homework allows me.
I'm learning the guitar but have been playing drums for years. I enjoy going to any kind of concert or performance and have a firm belief that the radio was meant to hum/sing-a-long with. Although all of these hobbies might appear to keep me on a routine, that won't keep me from a drop of the hat weekend road trip.
Fitting your personality into this box is tough, feel free to ask me if you have any questions!
