I love my work and I'm progressive politically and spiritually. Spirituality plays an important role in my life and work, and I'm looking for someone who is open to that.
Ultimately, I'm looking for someone who (hopefully) also loves her work, loves being (or wants to be) a parent, understands what it takes to make a relationship successful, and is emotionally secure. We're all looking for someone we find attractive, but intelligence, grace, and a compassionate heart are going to be the deciding factors for me. A good sense of humor is also very important.
I love to take trips. Over the past few years I've been to SF, LA, SD, and SB. My son and I have also gone camping in Big Sur, traveled to Washington to Mt. Ranier, and made a couple of trips to Yosemite. We go skiing in the Sierras, go back east to New England to visit family, and we've seen the Grand Canyon.
I'm bald, I have a beard, and am about average, though I have a couple of pounds to lose (am working on that).
