My parents have taught me everything that I know today. They expect a lot from me but are not so strict as to ruin our relationship. Other than my parents and brother, there is no family to rely on or have relationships with. Because of this, we all stick together and know that everything will be okay as long as everyone just does the best that they can.
2. How have your siblings impacted you? (birth order, personalities, life experiences,etc.)
I only have one brother who is two years younger than me. We are alike in some ways, but complete opposites in other ways. It is difficult for us to have a close relationship because we are constantly busy. My family has always been busy and focuses on getting as much done as humanly possible. This causes us to come home and want to unwind rather than have bonding time.

I feel lucky that I have always had everything that I need. School, clothes, food, and all the other essentials have been provided for me and much more. I am not spoiled though because my parents have strived to teach me independence and how to manage money. My wants are not always covered for because things are not handed to anyone in this world. Even when my dad was out of work, we got through the rough time and I have no hard feelings to what I did/ did not receive during this period.
