Meet people from California, United States. OK, here we go with the personal pronoun! When I was in my teens and 20's bachelorhood was a blast and it was party central!! In my late 30's, 40's and early 50's I discovered the joys of love, marriage, committment, family and parenting! Then, sadly, the grim reaper intervened and I'm back to bachelorhood. So, is it party central again?? Not really...... the dating process today seems to be a bit of a mine field!!!!!!! So now I'm a widowed single dad blessed with 4 great kids age 21 to 28. Three of them (daughters) are still at home as they wind their way through college and feel their way into young adulthood. My kids are good people and I love hanging out with them but I want very much to find a nice, attractive, sexy gal with a sense of humor to explore life, laughs, fun and passion with.
I'm from English, German, Dutch and Norwegian ancestry and as a hobby I've been tracing my family tree. So far I've gone back 12 generations and found over 1500 relatives. Big family, huh? Have you traced your family tree and if so, how far back have you gotten?

I have learned that love is not something you "fall into" as if it were something that swallowed you up and took control of you. We can fall in a ditch or an elevator shaft, BUT Love is an act of will, something we choose to freely give to another and it is the act of giving Love that gives it it's incredible power. I also think it just may be the energy that powers our universe and holds it together. The book says: "God is Love."What do you think??
