Date a man from San Bruno, United States. I am a easy person to get along with as well as a fun person to be around. I like to laugh and try to keep things simple. I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle by taking long walks and playing tennis(yes...I can still move on the courts). I have done some traveling(both international and domestic). I also like to go to movies, sporting events, and cultural events. Despite all that, I am somewhat of a homebody, who really can be content to stay home and watch a dvd. I am looking for someone who shares some of my common interests(it doesn't have to be everything I do or enjoy doing). Maybe you can introduce me to some of your interests? I like a person with a sense of humor who laughs and smiles a lot. Someone who takes care of herself physically, but is not a fanatic about spending long hours in a gym. I also wouldn't mind if you would prefer to just staying in and relaxing versus going out every now and then.
Just returned from Japan last month. I did post a 2 pictures from that trip. I do have more pictures to post but can't seem to get it right. The others are from Australia in 2011 and 2010.
Meet people from San Bruno, United States. The newly discovered artist! Yes that's me. I sometimes can't believe I paint some of the things I have painted,......it's amazing! That's just a small part of who I am. Most importantly I'm a mother of two young adults whom I just adore. I've had the pleasure of raising them by myself and although that was no easy task it's a wonderful feeling to see what beautiful people they have become. Career? Yes I have one. I'm am self employed, have been most of my adult life. Love life, people and having fun..... Questions? Feel free to ask!
And now.......what am I looking for in a date / mate? Well first always on my list is someone that can make me laugh. While having a sense of humor is important I don't want a clown! I'm also looking for someone who is comfortable in their own skin, settled in their career, family values like mine and loves to have fun. Interests don't exactly have to match mine as I'm always open to new adventures. Must love cats, well at least tolerate them anyway.
Date a woman from San Bruno, United States. Okay, I'm talking to my dog waay too much. Sometimes I pretend he's talking back which makes my daugther laugh but it's getting a little scary. Where are you?
I'm fascinating, well-balanced, thoughtful, good-natured with a good sense of humor. I'm sociable, laid back, and independent. I love the arts - a wall of old shoes that have been spray-painted thrills me. Van Gogh, Calder, Theighbough are among my favorites. I'm usually taking an art class somewhere. I like trying new things. I went kyaking last week, and my last endevour was conga drum lessons. I performed with my class at Rhythm and Motion in the Mission. I like to sing so I just signed up with a blue-grass meet-up group.
I was a dancer in college, dancing five hours a day, but in real time I take a dance class here and there and stay active by walking, and swimming. Most of my time is devoted to my job, but I'd like to devote more time to a relationship.
I'm introspective, working on accepting myself and others. I understand that what I seek is within me not out there somewhere, but still, I'm getting tired of being alone. I'd like to have someone to lean on; someone with whom to share my life. Hugs and kisses would be a bonus!
I enjoy being goofy and one of my friends call me "left of center" but I don't think I'm that quirky. Will you?
My family spent summers camping across America and back-packing in the Marble Mountians and the Sierra Mountains. Two weeks in the middle of granite rocks and alpine lakes helped to develop my love of nature. More backpacking is not in the cards but I really enjoy hiking in nature. I usually get to Yosemite every year.
My parents were raised as strict Methodists in Colorado but cut loose when they were 21 and moved to California. I grew up on suburban lawns playing kick-the-can and explored creeks and swimming holes. I was a flower child in the 70's, lived in Dublin for six months in high school, then San Francisco, Seattle and Kodiak and back to the Bay Area.
My daughter lives nearby with her new husband and it's fun for me to hang out with them.
I am looking for a good guy. Are you he?
