I am someone who can be a provider, protector, supporter and I do like my sports - I'm a huge fan of both the Steelers (football) and Penguins (hockey). Luckily, I do have other facets as well and am comfortable and secure with who I am. I have no problem dating a woman who is as tall or even taller than me. Not sure why that is such a hang-up for some people. Also, if you're looking for a stereotype with the macho man facade (and other insecurity and compensation issues), :) I'm not for you and vice versa. I do have an analytical side - I'm a budget analyst in local government (hence, the "Dollars" in my profile name). But, I also have a creative side and like to be adventurous - explore and travel (I would love to see Europe, especially Paris). I like to experiment in the kitchen (even more so when I have the time). I'd like to think I even have a romantic side.
As for my pics, I realize they're not very diverse, but I'm typically behind the camera, not in front of it. I typically take pics of landscape, architecture, my significant other, my daughter, etc. I currently am beardless, just in case the clean look is preferred. :)

Passive-agressivity doesn't work with me. :) I recently went from being a full-time father (for 2 1/2 years) back to half-time to an amazing seven year old daughter. Well, for me I see it as just another opportunity to get out there and meet some interesting people. Hopefully one of them I connect with and all the magic you see in those TV spots during the SuperBowl comes with it. Seriously though, I am in a really good place in my life but just find it hard to get out and meet new people for some reason. I'm single sure, but you know how it goes. I have had some recent heart/ hard lessons, but am not willing to give up on love. I hope you can see where my interests lie.
I've been told by friends that I am a loyal, smart, giving, loving, compassionate, strong, woman of God with a sense of humor, contagious laugh, and great smile ;-) I enjoy working out after a stressful day at work, watching TV/videos or theater movies, cooking, day/weekend trips, and socializing with friends over drinks and/or a good meal. I'm a water person too, so show me a pool, lake, river, ocean and I'll be in it!!
OK GUYS - I've worked very hard at narrowing down my must haves/hope for list of desires for who I'm looking for: A man that is a strong Christian (seen in leadership qualities and enjoys some type of ministry like Church or Bible study, etc.), has a sense of humor, is honest, smart, courageous, strong, playful (can help me take life less seriously), and most importantly is A GOOD COMMUNICATOR that is willing to work at the relationship.
