Date a soulmate from California, United States. Love me love my pets, I have 4 cats that I am highly allergic to, may be getting a dog soon and have sheep; will also be getting a few chickens as they are so absurd to watch and I like fresh eggs. Would also love to get a horse or mule in the future but need to be sure I have the time to care for it properly.
Have 3 sons, one who was in the Army, other in the Marines and my youngest is still debating whether to join but is likely to pick the Army. He is a senior so he has another year to decide and hopefully by then will pick the Air Force (my pick) but hey it's his choice and his life. . All are fine young men and are either working fulltime or going to school. No grandkids yet but one of them might have puppies as his girlfriend has several border collies and 1 is pregnant. Hope I get one!
Read a lot of horror/scifi/fantasy novels and enjoy graphic novels. Have about 2000 books but really try to get stuff from public library to save $$. Love board games like Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit, and Yatzee and really enjoy them when camping as you always meet people in campgrounds who will play these games or play some badminton. Have a very good sense of humor and can definitely laugh at myself.
Love horror and really bad scifi movies and have a big collection (gore is good) of them in addition to comedy and some TV series. Like going for drives and just getting lost up in the hills-gas may be expensive but it's still cheaper and nicer to just drive around the mountains or coastline and enjoy the scenery than to hang out at the bar. Not into wine-tasting Napa style trips but I like roller coasters. Armstrong and Getty is my favorite radio show - has been for at least 10 yrs.
Not sure what I am looking for in a relationship at this time as I haven't dated for over 15 years now (by choice) as I wanted to wait until my youngest became an adult. A good choice thanks to Dr Laura! Think that I would like someone to go to the movies or to dinner with from time to time, maybe play a board game or watch a good show on TV. Just would want tot be friends first. Don't need a parasitic slug or dependent child or passive aggressive as life is too short for drama and BS. Must have a good sense of humor and can laugh at/with yourself & others.
