Date a man from Redondo Beach, United States. Born and raised in Southern California, I love to explore the environment, both natural and urban. I'm not very shy, I'm interested in trying new things and generally speak my mind. I'm very organized and analytical, but I'm also able to sit back, relax and enjoy the moment. I can't live without sports, steak and technology.
I really enjoy all types of music (especially electronic music) and I like jumping head first into deep adventure novels and thrillers. I like all types of games, I'm a nerd for science and I love wrapping my head around the crazy concepts of life.
My ideal match is as comfortable at a full table of family as she is alone with me on the couch. She will have mastered the transition from a day at the beach to a day at the Getty. Impromptu and spontaneous situations will not scare, but rather excite my match.
I know this all sounds terribly cliche, but I'm really looking for a natural and real woman. Someone who can give completely and without reservation.
Ok, now time for the bulletpoints:
- I'm not afraid of public transportation
- Not a fan of cold toilet seats
- I'm the type of guy who returns the shopping cart
- I played competitive Ultimate Frisbee in college and still like to huck the bee
- I tend to appear serious by default, but I generally find humor in even the smallest of things
- I've used the same mechanical pencil since high school
- I routinely get asked if I'm Mormon, which is hilarious to me. But yes, I am an Eagle Scout
- I am not anti-fashion, but I prefer to make my own natural holes in my jeans
- recently visited Rocky Mountain National Park and I definitely need to spend more time there
Meet single man from Redondo Beach, United States. I can be profound, laid-back, dorky and passionate. I love to live an adventurous life and expect everyday to bring new mystery and excitement. I know the balance between working hard and playing hard. I believe in opening doors for women and being chivalrous, but without necessarily having to ride in on a horse or wear clunky armor.
Things I can’t live without in no particular order:
1. Family: Near and dear to me.
2. Friends: The source for fun, travel buddies, encouragement, laughs and sanity.
3. Food: I’ll try any type of food at least once. Why not?
4. Wikipedia: I use it to upkeep my whimsical facts.
5. Benadryl: I am super allergic to cats so to all you cat ladies out there – sorry!
6. Music: Can’t run or snowboard without it. Just physically impossible. My secret favorite song of all time is by Richard Marx. Yes, I dig 80’s music just as much as I do the new jams of today like Justin B...
7. Sarcasm: You got to learn to take it and dish it out.
8. Airplanes: Gets me to my next international or domestic travel destination.
9. Lists: As you can tell by now I have to use one to organize my thoughts.
10. You! No, I’m not a stage 5 clinger. I know how to stand on my own two feet.
You are a beautiful, down to earth, independent woman with intelligence, a killer smile, aspirations, sense of style and a warm heart. I’m looking for a partner in crime to share infinite glorious adventures and experiences with. If you think we would click by reading thus far and you are not the creepy cat lady I already politely refused – message me! I can't wait to meet you.
Date a soulmate from Redondo Beach, United States. I'm in the process of moving to the LA area for work (ask me where, it's kinda cool). Consequently I know nobody and nothing. Seriously, everything I know about SoCal I learned from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and I've unhappily come to learn that the show isn't as accurate as I might have hoped.
I just left southwest Florida. Everyone -- myself included, until I got here -- seems to assume that southern California and southern Florida ought to be pretty similar-ish, but it turns out that's not the case. For one, I've been here almost a week and I haven't encountered any flora or fauna that wants to kill me; by contrast, the average time-to-dangerous-critter in Naples is just under eleven seconds.
Anyway. I'm quiet; I'm a bit of a geek; the relatively few people who get my sense of humor tend to think I'm pretty funny (often intentionally); my hair ranges from 'very short' to 'entirely absent'; I like the cold; I drink far more Diet Coke than is probably healthy; I no longer have a favorite TV show now that House is gone (moment of silence); I'm hoping to be more outdoorsy now that I'm living someplace where I can be outside for ten minutes without passing out from dehydration; I'm a Scorpio, and if that matters to you I'll probably think that's hilarious; I enjoy writing long lists for comedic effect.
I probably have other attributes. If you asked a fish to describe his day, he wouldn't mention the water. Feel free to ask away.

Meet men and women from Redondo Beach, United States. I think of myself as a really happy, fulfilled person. Obviously, I’m looking for an amazing woman but, aside from that, I’m excited about the direction my life is going when it comes to friends, family, career and goals. Although I feel that I’ve worked hard to get where I am today, I always look forward to spending time with my friends and my family. Both are high priorities in my life and both are filled with awesome people that any girl would love to meet!
In my free time, I try to get outdoors as much as possible. I’m a huge fan of most sports as well as scuba diving, sailing, snowboarding and camping. As much as I love life in Redondo, I still try to travel as much as possible. I’ve been all over the Caribbean and Central America and hope to go to Croatia for my next trip. My dad’s side of the family is from Croatia, which is why my last name is basically unpronounceable.
Being an engineer I am pretty handy. I enjoy working on my cars, my house, carpentry, and really anything I can get my hands on. There aren't too many problems that I can't figure out. I purchased my first home a year ago and I’ve found that I really enjoy working on it. I am pretty good with the grunt work but could definitely use a women's touch for style.
I am pretty easy going and love to joke around. My job is very technical but I try and always keep things pretty lose with everyone. I love all forms of comedy, be it movies, stand-up, or podcast. Anything with Bill Murray is always a good choice.
I’m a bright, loyal, honest, easygoing guy with a great sense of humor. I am very responsible but still very much a kid at heart (the first two things I put in my house were a pool table and a skee-ball machine). I’m looking for a woman who knows what she’s looking for out of a relationship and life. I’m open with my thoughts and feelings and I’m interested in someone who can be the same with me. If she’s laid-back, likes to laugh and knows how to have fun, I’m sure we’ll have a great time together!
Date someone special from Redondo Beach, United States. my closest friends would say that i'm laid back, loyal, funny, smart and dependable.
looking for someone who has and appreciates those same qualities. she should be intelligent, have a good sense of humor, easy on the eyes, and loves life.
Meet people from Redondo Beach, United States. I work hard and I'm very devoted to what I do, which is good because it gives me a sense of purpose and keeps me happy
The downside is that I don't often run into people around my age, so here I am! And here's a little bit about me: I'm an intellectual at heart. I love reading, learning new things, furthering my education, being informed, and digging deeper into anything that piques my interest
I'm easygoing, laid-back, honest, and I like to see the best in people. I think of myself as a "good guy," and I tend to like people for the best of their attributes look past their flaws. I enjoy being patient and calm; impatient people make me more patient, and short-tempered people help me stay calm and rational.
What appeals to me? Someone once blew my cover and said, "you really notice people's eyes, don't you?" I also am a sucker for nice, easy smiles...and laughter and good conversation. I think personality attributes are more deep and alluring than physical attributes
I'm still discovering how my experiences shaped me: being born in and growing up in a foreign country, visiting Cuba before and after the fall of the USSR, learning a foreign language at an early age, playing a sport in college, moving from the east coast to Los Angeles, and spending (almost) all my free time coaching?
What about a date? Make sure to bring your smile, personality, and good conversation -- the rest is just window dressing
Date a man from California, United States. I love to joke around and have a good time. The perfect person for me is always going to be able to laugh whether it is at a stupid joke I tell or even at themselves. Life is to short! A sense of humor is by far the most important quality that I am looking for. 2nd, probably confidence to just be herself.
I really don't have a lot of requirements, just someone who has a good outlook on life and a positive attitude.
I am a big football fan so you can always find me watching a game on Sunday during football season. During the week, I am usually working. But I try to make up for it by enjoying the beach, biking, working around the house or just hanging out. I try to work out at least a few times a week or go for a run. I am not a master of cooking by any means but know my way around a kitchen and look forward to spending some quality time in the kitchen with someone else.
I have lived in Redondo Beach for most of my life but I also enjoy traveling and getting away for a while. One of my goals is to get out of the country at least once a year ... if not more. I just got back from an amazing adventure in Ireland and still undecided on where to go next. If you have any suggestions, let me know
I will always try to make people laugh, sometimes with no success and I have no problem starting up a conversation with a complete stranger.
I will always try anything once and usually a 2nd time just to make sure.
Meet single man from California, United States. This is my third attempt at living in LA in the last 6 years. I still haven't managed to find a way to stay here, but that has a lot to do with not having a person to share this city with. I'm an easy going guy looking for someone to enjoy life with. Isn't that enough? I like going to new places, eating delicious food, cheering on my philly sports teams, etc. I've a great foundation of family and friends. I'd rather talk about ideas than gossip, but an older sister has trained me to be able to keep up in those conversations too. Watching a movie is better than hanging out in a bar. Just please reply to my email, or better yet initiate a conversation. We should all be able to respect each other, so I promise to reply to anything you send if you'll do the same. Happy hunting and may the odds be ever in your favor
Date a soulmate from California, United States. Easy going finds easy going. There is enough pressure in life as is :)
Not sure if an ideal relationship can be pre-described. True love already seems to show up where you least expect it. If you share the belief that there's more to life than what you have experienced so far and there's not a single path to happiness, we might try to discover where "our" path could be and where it would lead.
Meet men and women from California, United States. Let's be honest...I'm a guy. I love sports. I love cars. I love beer.
Would be great to meet someone who has a passion for the same things I do? Absolutely. Is that all I am looking for? Nope. But I hope you at least like sports and beer :)
So I've been living in CA for 3 1/2 years now and absolutely love it. I've managed to make some great friends and have some crazy good times, but I still feel that there's still something missing. I guess that's why I'm here to try and find out how to fill that void...
If you're interested in knowing more, send me a wink/email...
Date someone special from California, United States. During the day, I’m your average joe engineer trying to climb the corporate ladder. Before I bore you with what exactly I do at work, let me tell you what I like to do outside of work… I spend time with my Little Brother (through Big Brothers Big Sisters), I’m an avid sports player (softball, tennis, racquetball, basketball), as well as an avid sports watcher (anything with a ball). I enjoy the occasional drink too, somehow booze makes me a much better (or is it much more willing?) dancer. My favorite thing ever is making people laugh, I think I'm a big goofball kid at heart.
My perfect match would be somebody that can make me laugh (or at least laugh with/at me), somebody intelligent that is success oriented with career goals, somebody that likes playing and watching sports with me. Also, liking board games is a big plus since that's what helps me unwind on the weekends.
Meet people from California, United States. Let's see, huge fan of basketball, golf, tennis, volleyball, etc. I'm from Seattle and went to school in San Diego. I'm getting my MBA right now as well as working so I'm kind of busy but I could probably find time for the right person. I think I'm a pretty nice guy. I like traveling and trying new things. Haven't been anywhere lately because of school but I've been to Mexico a lot and I lived in Madrid for a while. If you want to know more, ask.
