The time has come to update my profile for I have been incognito, in suspended animation, out of pocket, out of touch, on hold, off the grid, undercover and virtually Untouchable! Why, you may ask? Just plain busy with family commitments, house remodel, work commitments, traveling, and life obstacles! Perhaps it's time to meet a sexy witch, a demure female Walking Dead zombie, a cute vampira, or a wonderful woman who has read the entire Twilight series. I think I have been watching too many vampire movies!!!
I'm a single man who enjoys spending time with positive people who are genuinely kind hearted. I'm energetic and yet capable of settling in to watch a movie. I enjoy sharing time with caring people with good values. At this point in my life, I want to spend time with those who do have similar interests and traits. I'm a happy go lucky person and want to have a good time.........all the time.
I am an avid movie goer, enjoy the theater, concerts, comedy clubs, museums, art galleries, reading, dancing with my partner, horse back riding, spinning/cycling, and quiet evenings on the couch. I'm youthful and enjoy sharing new activities my partner brings to the table. I enjoy spending time out doors and I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes especially if my new friend likes to eat! I enjoy eating out if my new friend wants to introduce me to her favorite restaurants. If these establishments are at or near the beach, you will put a large smile on my face. So lets put the top down, cruise PCH, and get a bite to eat. Margaritas or mimosas are splendid in the sunlight!
I've had an exciting career working for the government. I've had my share of danger and intrigue and would like to amp up my social life. I like to travel and in April 2011 , I traveled the Mediterranean for three weeks. I truly enjoyed Rome, Barcelona, and Athens. I would gladly return to these wonderful cities. In March 2012, I travelled to Thailand for three weeks and last month i was in NYC for eight days!! Places to explore in the near future are Brazil, Costa Rica, Thailand, Vietnam.
I'm family oriented and enjoy women who are caring of their family. My two kids are in college so I now have spare time to travel and or develop a relationship.
When asked to describe myself, I always place a great sense of humor at the top of my list of personality traits. I can be funny at times or so I'm told. I like to laugh and enjoy people with a sense of humor. I am honest, affectionate (PDA's are ok in my book) , loyal, intelligent, articulate and good hearted. I'm also polite, respectful and always a gentleman! Physical traits come last because it's what's inside that matters most. I look for the same in the partner I would like to be with.
I'm athletic and toned and work out as hard as I play. I do my best to live a healthy life style. Ideally I would enjoy working out with my new friend if she so desires. We can hit the weights, take a zumba class, ride together in a spinning class or rent bikes and cruise the beach. I'm easy going and a great work out partner for you. Need a spot?? Me..an active guy who is happy, healthy,caring, playful, physically and financially fit. An outdoor guy who looks forward to every day and the excitment it brings. I am a Go-See-Do guy when traveling. I do know how to share :) learned that in Kindergarden. I don't jump out of planes, run marathons, or bungee jump, Sorry about that, but I will watch you do those and cheer you on!. I will ski, bike,hike,Golf with you. I enjoy a wonderful glass of wine, celebrating the Holidays, and I believe that lots of laughter keep you young! I am very thankful for my wonderful family and friends. I enjoy sunrises, sunsets, relaxing at the beach, snorkeling in clear ocean water, river rafting, photography, street and county fairs, the Arts, Rock N Roll concerts, jazz festivals, road trips, OTL on Fiesta Island, Races @ Del Mar,and almost daily workouts @ 24. I enjoy live sporting events. I share a season seats behind the catcher for Padres Baseball games and I enjoy the downtown San Diego Gaslamp District scene before or after the games. I follow the Aztecs and the Chargers. When the weather warms I enjoy the beaches from PB to Oceanside, Torrey Pines is one of my most favorites, just a few minutes from my home.
I have been in education since I was 23. What I do each day is very rewarding, callenging, and fun. I am thankful for the opportunities my career has provided my family and I. I have wonderful work hours and a very healthy balance between work and play. I do not work in the Summers (J, J, and A) and have absolutely zero plans to start-summer is for travel and lots of fun.
Family Guy-Proud Dad. Been very blessed with 3 very independent, creative,athletic adult children. Daughters are 22 and 26 and live and work in San Diego My son (24) recently graduated from WWU in Missouri and has returned to Missouri to work on a second degree. He was a first team college All-American Baseball player in 2011-They are a fun group. Family BBQ's are a blast.
On my off time travelling is so much fun. Some of my favorite U.S. spots are up the West Coast Hwy 1 to Big Sur to San Francisco to the Oregon Coast (Rogue River trip-awesome), San Juan Islands (beautiful-Orcas Island), Victoria (Buchart Gardens, spectacular), Lake Tahoe, Yosemite Mammoth,Yellowstone, Maui, Sadona, all over Colorado (have friends in Aurora, Boulder, and in Kremmling that I will visit in late July), August of each Summer is an adventure to the Northeast with stops in Maine ( I visit friends who have a Lake front home on Sabego / Windham-would like to have a vacation home there and I enjoy playing Golf @ the Gorham GC, seeing the Portland Seadogs,strolling the Portland Seaport, Kittery, Freeport Maine, Two lights State Park is beautiful, LL Bean, river rafting on the Kennebec River is awesome), NH, Mass. (I visit with friends who who are affiliated with the BOSOX, NE Patriots, and Alman Brothers Band), then on Ct.,NY, and NYC. Adventures are so wonderful because of renewed friendships, the sharing, the laughs, and most of all the wonderful people we meet along the journey. My Passport has been renewed so I plan to travel back to Europe (Greece, Italy, Switzerland and play Golf @ St. Andrews someday) and visit cousins in Sidney, Australia (the Australian adventure is high on my "Bucket List")-I'll pretty much go anywhere...Alaska in 2013. What about you? I have a cozy condo in Mammoth,CA. I call it Condo Camping .Some of my photos were from trips in June and August, and Thanksgiving 2011. Last trip up was Spring Break 2012 and the next one is in late August..Mammoth is a wonderful place to getaway to for skiing, Golf, hiking, music festivals, Wine, Beer, and Jazz Festivals, or just relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day...Life is good. Looking forward to meeting you for coffee or a glass a wine.

I work full-time and I'm going to school to get my Master's Degree part time, but I still make the time to go out and have a good time with friends. I am generally happy person. I enjoy the simple things and enjoy chivalry. I am quite adventureous and always willing to try new things. Some of my favorite things that I do regularly are: hike a Torrey Pines trail and sit and look for whales (saw the Blues in October), go and ride rollercoasters at Disneyland, go to the movies, eat a nice dinner out, go camping in bear country, go to the beach and walk, take the kids to the park (when the rain stops they really like to play outside.), maintain my inner geek (playing dumb is not really my thing), try not to crash on my bike, triathalon train (I run one every year with my cousins). I have three children, my oldest boy is 12, my middle daughter is 9, and my youngest daughter is 7. I am divorced, but I talk to my childrens father (civilly and frequently).
I am the source of many a great laughs, mainly because I have done something terribly stupid leading people to laugh at me. Been trained well in the past, remote forfiture sometimes happens, cook great and frequently, and can make a mean pie. I can also hold an intelligent conversation. Pull out the hiking boots or run in the heels.
I enjoy travelling all over and take spontaneous vacations to locations sometimes unknown. Luckily, I have a good sense of direction and the ability to find the silver lining in most things. I also am a big kid at heart and can roll with just about anything.
I am a woman who can hold her own on the trail, or the board room. Knows when to be senstive and nice and when to let their passion shine through regardless of the cost.
