I have a medical marijauna recomendationt from the accident. I no longer have the brace. Full recovery if not almost from a serious accident that crushed my #2 cervical vertebrae in October.
I have traveled extensively and am drawn to culturally diverse places and people. In my younger days I sailed to S America and back (that was the difficult part), Lived in Honduras for two years in the Peace Corps and traveled extensively throughout Central America and Mexcio. Most recently (in the last 10 years) I did a 11 day kayak trip in the Sea of Cortez. Built a palapla near Loreto, Baja Sur where I spent a month each winter kayaking and exploring the country by 4x4 and mules.. Two years ago I traveled to Egypt and the Lost City of Petra in Jordan. I'd like to continue this way of life (a nice trip once every year or two) but totally understand that not too many people are interested in these types of adventures or are unable to afford them but if it it sounds good to you I'd love to have someone to share them with.

I have so many interests, among them archaeology, astronomy, ancient cultures, ufo's, spirituality, good coffee in the morning, and a glass of cabernet in the evening - oh and I love to watch birds. My favorite thing is to dine out in a small or intimate place and enjoy humorous banter as well as deep conversation - I particularly love dry humor. So a glass of cabernet and someone who loves long exchanges with a twinkle in your eye, now that's a perfect date. When I mentioned somewhere in the match.com interrogation, that I exercise 5 days a week - don't think "gym" -- I simply watch tv as I put some time in on my treadmill. I'd be walking outdoors but it's not level enough terrain for me. Besides I've become paranoid of mountain lions since they've been in the neighborhood and 20 ft from my house! Since they wander any time of day or night, I don't go to the mail box without my anti-mountain lion device (my boat horn in a can). And I don't care how many scoff.
I like seeing the bright side of things, laugh at myself and I can be a little silly at times but on the flip side, serious and contemplative.
