Music is a really important part of my life. I grew up on classic and hard rock in the 70's, metal in the 80's (actual metal, not the glam crap) and a fair amount of good music in the 90's. Yes, I have weight to lose. I'll put that out there up front. I am very into healthy ideals however and am working very hard towards the slimmer me. This is not a load of crap btw...I mean it. I walk 4-6 miles every day...I have eliminated sugar, wheat and dairy from my diet (other than the occasional beer/wine/cocktail) with great success and am attempting to be as organic as possible. We all have something we need to work on, right? Would love to have a partner to exercise with!
