Meet a soulmate from Playa del Rey, United States. I was born in Los Angeles. One of the few natives here. I have traveled the world and presently go back and forth between the US and China a few times a year to work with various schools, universities and students desiring to come to the US. I also work with American teachers and students here in the US who wants to teach in China. I own a spa in west LA that has an Asian tropical feel to it. We provide acupuncture, chiropractic, massage and, oh yes! Facials. (I come with fringe benefits). Since living at the beach most of my life, I like outdoor activities. I live in Playa Del Rey so getting on the bike path can take me to either Venice and Santa Monica or south to Hermosa Beach. I do some form of exercise every day whether it is swimming power walking or the machines. Keeping fit is an important part of my lifestyle. I am looking for someone who is ready for a real and serious relationship but wants to have fun on the way. I know we always are testing the waters but I have gained enough knowledge and experience to understand that everyone comes with some baggage, so it is just learning how we can discuss and work through issues. I realize that problems both in life and relationship are unavoidable, but how to resolve them is the Gift. My mother and brother live in LA along with most of my extended family. We plan a hike, go to the trailhead, and find that we have a choice to make on which route to take. A Ranger walks by and tells us that the descending path has good views and is rated as moderate. The ascending trail has spectacular views, but is more difficult.
You look at me, I look at you, and wtihout a spoken word, we both step up.
If you'e with me so far (an adventurous spirit!), have a significant (or at least uncommon) sense of humor, respect the views of others even if quite different, and are grounded and intelligent, maybe we could go places neither have been before.
Just the facts: I'm steady and stable, and in some ways, like an adult boy scout. My two golden retrievers mean a great deal to me. No odd habits, no reptiles, no doll collections, although I do enjoy old movies and activities that cause an adrenaline rush now and then. After all, what's the worst that can happen?
