Date a soulmate from California, United States. Who am I? I am me, I don't pretend to be something I'm not, life is too difficult to pretend to be who you aren't.
So here's what I am:
-Aspiring chef working in a downtown SLO restaurant (chef is a title you earn, I haven't earned it yet.) I love what I do, I love food, I love the kitchen environment.
-Originally from LA, but have found my home here on the Central Coast.
-A little old fashioned, raised with manners and respect and chivalry.
-Love to hop in my car and drive around just to get lost in the wine country, never know what you'll come across.
-Prefer quiet environments with a good beer or "mixed drinks" (match won't let me include the word for a rooster and its tail" rather than a packed dance floor with everyone drinking well Long Islands, and all you hear is "ntss ntss ntss"...
-A little sarcastic, I like to poke fun, but never with malicious intent.
-Pride myself on grammar.
-Not religious or politically inclined by any means, I have my own views on how personal beliefs should impact my (daily?) life, respect mine and I have no problem respecting yours.
So what am I looking for?
I'm absolutely crazy about a girl who can post as many self-shot pics, be it in bathroom mirrors, or those epic "myspace" angles that catches just a little bit of their outstretched arms as they hold their camera... Oh and the Duckface? awww yeah... -a little taste of my sarcasm
All joking aside, I prefer a simple lifestyle, and I look for the same in a girl. Someone who is motivated and knows what she wants to do with/in her life. Flexibility is crucial, even the best laid plans fail or hit snags, the ability to cope or roll with the punches with life is a rare, but amazing trait. A good relationship with her family is also incredibly important.
Also I believe that everyone who either sends a message, winks, or whatever deserves the respect of getting a response. If someone takes the time to write something to me, I'm sure as hell going to take the time to respond to them, even if it's the fact that I'm not interested. I feel saying that is more respectful than playing the "I'm not responding, get the message yet?" card...
