Hmmm...first a hello would be appropriate and then a thank you for swinging by. ;) A little about me...I have lived a great life thus far which has been full of rich experiences and lots of adventure...but like the mountains, it has not been without the peaks and valleys that bring challenges and smiles. I have had the opportunity to travel extensively around the world and am always reminded there is so much we can learn. So, about me specifically: health fitness are very important to me as it is part of my lifestyle and not just a temporary fix; am open-minded, but of course have an opinion; am curious (kind of like Curious George); embrace quiet moments as well as the ones filled with laughter and fun; have run lots of races from marathon to triathlon; love to tackle the mountains with running shoes or a pair of skis; my favorite holiday is Thanksgiving because I absolutely love to cook and share it with family friends. Music is a must...TV is ok...movies are terrific; the one thing I don't think I could live without are lemon bars! Finally, I try to learn from my mistakes; try not to take life too seriously; and lastly...maintain the ability to laugh at myself.
So what am I looking for? Here is what I have told the universe: someone who is grounded in who they are; smiles; embraces life; a gentleman who is looking for a partner in crime to build a life together; maintains a healthy lifestyle; has their own goals and interests, but hopefully there are things we can share; someone to hold hands with while tackling the next peak or life's next obstacle. :)
