Date men and women from California, United States. The bottom line? My life works with my vocation as a physician, community involvement, family and friends, wealth, and health. Now I live alone and seek a beautiful woman to fall in love with. So here is a sense of who I think i am with openness, sense of vulnerableness and honesty. I do strive to be the opposite of antagonistic ,aggressive, selfish, shallow, and being self referential in my verbal behavior. I am simply not interested in the scoreboard world of acquisitions and protecting my ego. More about me: I love exploring the planet and have spent several years in Africa and South America traveling and working.Yet my interests are almost postage stamp. I love working on community events. Retirement is not an option and is overrated. I feel in my peak at work. One hour daily reading, writing, and thinking are crucial for my mental health. In that time I think about a pragmatic philosophy,developing a deeper autonomy,creating visions and then putting them into action. I believe its possible being an artist in the face of the immediacy of life.
Proudest achievements? Being a father to a son who has just graduated from medical school and is starting his training to be an ER physician.
Grateful? For my health and still can be an athlete and now training for 100 mile grueling bike event in these mountains around here in August.

1) being the AIDS doctor for our county
2) founder and director for the annual July 4th walk/run for over 3 decades
3) director and founder of free health clinic in Siskiyou County

What am I looking for in another?
1) I would want the person, in my judgment, to be attractive and healthy.Sexuality would be deepened with those attributes.
2) Open to new experiences and likes to travel
3) Intelligent and interesting in conversation
4) Not wanting someone who wants me to make them happy and is not codependent
