Well my friends and family would say I am very kind, thoughtful, fun and easy going ( wow I have them fooled) No, I really am all those things.
I can have a great time almost anywhere if I am with the right person.
I love to travel, have been to a lot of places and hope to see much more of the world.
I am self employed and have been for many years. I work hard and sometimes very long hours but have the ability to be very flexible with my time.
I am very health oriented, work out almost everyday either at the gym or hiking in the mountains with my sister, niece and our dogs. I try to eat healthy most of the time, but you won't have to twist my arm to eat dessert!!
I am a positive happy person who loves to laugh and have a great time with family and friends.

I?ve asked my friends to give me an honest description of my personality and they said I was: loyal, funny, honest, witty goofy and geographically challenged. Er? I suppose I did ask for honesty! Anyway, I?m one of the lucky ones that has a life filled with friends, family and fulfillment. I have a career that I love that allows me to be a positive part of children?s lives every day and I go home and am surrounded with arts and culture and beauty.
As a teacher, I am fortunate to have a lot of vacation time and I use it to travel as much as possible. I spend a lot of time plotting?I mean, planning? my next excursion. So far, I?ve been to all the continental US states, 20 European countries, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico and have a huge bucket list that I am working my way through for others! But I love an adventure? my bags are always packed and ready for a quick weekend jaunt or overnight trip.
But, I?d love to find someone to share it all with. I tend to be drawn to adorable geeks and quirky types, but when it comes down to it, what I?m looking for is the right combination of chemistry and affection in an intelligent, witty, confident package. I find comfort in the simple joys of a relationship?waking up to an unexpected text that came in overnight, knowing how we take our coffee, a shared smile from across the room, a glass of wine over a home cooked meal, pizza and a movie on a Friday night or just snuggling on the couch and decompressing after a long day.
